Shining's POV: I say to Niagara as we practice, "y'know Niagara, you're gonna need an outfit if you wanna wow the audience at the showcase." I take out my sketch book and continue once I'm on the page of a sketch of her with pearls in her mane and a bow on her crest, "this is what I was thinking. Do you like it, girl?" Niagara studies the sketch and after a while, she nods in approval and I say happily, "great, I already have the materials, so why not show the others your performance outfit? It'll be a great way for you to get used to having multiple people in the same room as you." Niagara nods and I take out the ribbon and pearls. I carefully wrap pearls around Niagara's mane a few times then I move further down her mane and start wrapping the remaining pearls around the remaining section of her mane, then I take the ribbon and carefully attach another ribbon with an opening and closing hook, then tie the Water-type blue ribbon into a bow and hook it onto the dark blue ribbon, successfully holding it in place. I hear Nebula's heels scuffing the downstairs carpet floor, and say to Niagara as she looks up at me, "it's our time to shine, Niagara." Niagara nods and we head downstairs, Niagara making sure to watch her step while on the stairs, and soon, I say to get everyone's attention, "alright, so I'm gonna be using Niagara in the third showcase and I want you all to see her outfit beforehand." Niagara walks to my side and sits down as her mane flows behind her, the pearls shining in the light then they all gasp in awe at Niagara and her outfit. Nebula asks as she kneels down to get a better look at Niagara, "how long have you had Suicune-I mean, Niagara?" I respond, "a few weeks now, actually. She's a big sweetheart, don't get her wrong, she wouldn't hurt a Flygon if she doesn't have to battle. Isn't that right, Niagara?" Niagara nods her head at me in response to my question.
*a few weeks later*
Shining's POV: I say to Niagara as I carefully wrap the pearls around her mane in the exact same places as they were a few weeks ago then put the bow on her crest once we advance to the freestyle performance, "now Niagara, make sure to stay behind me until it's our turn. Got it?" She nods and soon, the platform stops and we walk out, then soon enough, it's our turn, and I say softly as I look at Niagara, "now, Niagara, show yourself." She nods and walks out from behind me and stands by my side, causing everyone in the audience to say "wow!" I say as Niagara gets ready to leap, "jump up, twirl, and use Hydro Pump!" She jumps up, twirls, and uses Hydro Pump then lands as the rings of water fall and dissipate, and I command again, "now twirl and use Aurora Beam!" She grins and as commanded, twirls and uses Aurora Beam, creating a beautiful multicolored beam that is formed in rings, and I command afterward, "use Rain Dance followed by another Aurora Beam!" She happily raises her head towards the ceiling and cries out as she uses Rain Dance to prepare to make a bunch of multicolored snowflakes, then uses Aurora Beam again to freeze the rain into multicolored snowflakes accompanied by a shower of multicolored sparkles, then I command after our dance routine to finish up our routine, "now use Hidden Power!" Niagara grins and jumps into the air then blasts the multicolored snowflakes and sparkles towards the audience with her Ground-type Hidden Power, then after the voting, Pierre says as a spotlight shines on me, "and the winner of this Pokémon showcase is... Performer Shining and her Pokémon, Niagara the Suicune!" I gasp and say as I put my hands on my knees and lean down to look at Niagara as she looks up at me, "ah, we won, Niagara! You're the best legendary dog!" Soon, I've received my third princess key and Niagara sighs contently as she leans her head against my leg, and I gently pat her crest, and Pierre asks as he eyes the pearls around her mane, "I must ask, are the pearls around Niagara's mane real or fake?" I respond as Niagara perks up when she hears the question and raises her head to look at Pierre, "they're real pearls." Once I get home, I call out to my Pokémon, including Miracle, my Type:Null, who I just recently obtained because she caught herself, and my family, "I'm home!" Niagara sits down and everyone in the house comes into the living room and I say as I raise my third princess key into the air, "I got my third princess key!" All my Pokémon gather round and tackle me to the floor, causing me to chuckle and pet them one at a time then Miracle helps me up while nuzzling me with her tightly masked head. I say as I pet her back, "if I make it to the finals in the master class, I'll be using my team of legendaries for the showcase. Though for the first round, I'll be using Everest. If I make it to the semifinals, I'll use Sakura and Sylvia. And for the finals, if I make it that far, the starters, legendaries, pseudo-legendaries, and mythicals are up." They all nod and I smile gently then pat each of them on the head. Suddenly, Miracle starts glowing and I say as I take a Fairy memory out of my bag in preparation, "Miracle is evolving!" Soon, Miracle is revealed as a Silvally, and I say to her as I toss her the Fairy memory, which flies into the memory drive compartment under the upward twisted lid on Miracle's mouth, the lid then twisting back down to hold the Fairy memory in place, "Miracle, catch!" Miracle says as her fins and the whites of her eyes become the color of the Fairy type due to the Fairy Memory being held in place under the lid of her memory drive compartment, which is light pink, and the Fairy type symbol flashes before her a moment and then disappears, "Silvally!" Faith, my Cosmoem, floats over in a hurry, and as soon I notice her starting to glow, I grab her by the side golden things and rush outside with the rest of my family and their Pokémon along with the rest of my Pokémon hot on my heels. Once we're all outside, I let go of Faith, who soon becomes encased in a full blue, darker blue, and lighter blue glow, and sprouts a pair of somewhat crescent moon-shaped wings trimmed with something, I can't tell what, and a pair of legs with four talons each, then soon cries out as she becomes a new Pokémon, "Mahina-Peaaaaaaaa!" I give a soft, awed 'ah...' and check my Alola Pokédex, causing it to chime as a picture of the Pokémon Faith evolved into without the legs appears on the screen, "Lunala, the Moone Pokémon, and a final evolved form of Cosmog. It is a dual Psychic- and Ghost-type. This Pokémon is said to come from another world, and draws the moonless dark veil of night over the sky. Lunala usually don't have legs, but legend has it that if a special Cosmog finds a trainer it likes and evolves into Cosmoem and then Lunala under that trainer's care, when the time comes for its evolution into Lunala, it will sprout two golden legs with 4 matching golden talons each during its evolution sequence and gain the ability to change to a smaller size and back to its original size at will."(I know that isn't one of its Pokédex entries, but I can't remember the in-game one for Moon, so I just made this one.) I mumble softly as Faith changes to the smaller size and perches on my now outstretched wrist while putting my Alola Pokédex away in my bag, "wow... Faith must've been the special female Cosmog that would gain legs and the ability to freely change to a smaller size and back at will during her evolution into Lunala."
