meeting Sorano

Shining's POV: I breathe heavily as I run with Cami, my shiny Frogadier, Lucky, my shiny Metalynx, and Blazing Beauty, who was caught in the blast of Dialga's Roar of Time, causing her to devolve back into Braixen, but she seems happy as a Braixen. However, the moment I hear a twig snap far away, we all skid to a halt and look around, Cami darting her eyes around wildly to try and find the source of the snapping twig, Blazing Beauty getting into a battle stance but dropping it as Cami, Lucky and I walk to the source of the snapped twig, only to find the culprit missing. I hum softly as I drum my fingers on my hip while thinking and eventually transform whispering the keyword, "Shinjuku Believix!" After my Believix transformation, I whisper another keyword, this time for my tracing wings, "Tracix!" My lightning-struck wings morph to the Tracix shape, and soon, a black and white scene appears before us and I see a lady with black hair tied into a neat bun and a pair of red wide-frame sunglasses covering her eyes dressed in a blue arctic parka, blue denim jeans, and red sneakers running somewhere and as she runs, she steps on the twig we found broken, causing it to snap. The scene fades in a flash of light and I gasp just as my wings flash and return to normal. That woman...I think I've heard Austin(her big brother) talking about her before. Cami asks quizzically as she tilts her head to the side and waves one of her hands in front of my face to get my attention, "Frog?" I say as I snap out of my thoughts, "I'm fine, Cami. I was just thinking." She replies softly, "Froga!" She cries as she starts glowing, "Fro...ga...dier!" I gasp as I look at her and soon, she cries as she stands with her legs pressed together, "Greninja!" I say as I hold her webbed hands, "I'm happy you evolved, Cami." I grip the bracelet the champion of the Sinnoh Pokemon League, Cynthia, gave me before I left Sinnoh and say to Blazing Beauty and Cami as they walk to my sides, "let's go find that lady, OK girls?" They reply, "Braixen!" "Metalynx!" And "Greninja!" I say as I call out Snowdrop, and Shimmer, "then let's go!" We all run to the source of the source of the snapped twig and find the same lady from before cornered by perverts, so I say quietly in French to Shimmer, "utilisez Hyper Voice." Shimmer screams as she uses Hyper Voice, "Primarinaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" I command her quickly as I call out Miracle, "Shimmer, Icy Wind!" Shimmer cries as she uses her Icy Wind move, "Primarina!" I call as I hold the Luxury Ball of my dual-type Alolan legendary, Faith, "Faith, ikimasu(let's go)!" Cami goes into her Eclipse-Greninja form due to her ability Battle Bond and says as she gets two big water shurikens on her back, one with its pointed edges pointed out diagonally and the other with its top and bottom pointed pieces pointed in line with the middle of her head and back and the side pointed pieces pointed straight out, and says as she grabs her big water shurikens and poises them, "Greninja!" I say to her as she puts her shurikens on her back again, "Cami, Metronome!" She cries as she waves her fingers back and forth(I mean side to side by that), "Greninja! Greninja! Greninja! Greninja! Greninja! Greninja! Greninja! Greninja! Greninja!" I say once I'm sure she has her attack fully charged, "now fire the attack!" She says as she fires a Solar Beam, much to my surprise, "Greninja!" The perverts' Pokemon, Houndoom, Dragonite, Empoleon, Venusaur, and Weavile, alert them to the attack, but Empoleon is too slow to dodge properly, so Solar Beam hits it and is super effective. Holly and Sage pop out and Sage asks as she lets Holly climb on her head and then lifts Holly so that said Gratitude Pokemon can touch the Gracidea pinning two locks of my hair back and change to her sky forme, "Mistress, what do you want us to do?" I say to them as Holly floats up in the air in her sky forme, "I want you two to attack. Sage, you use Leaf Blade, and Holly, you use Seed Flare." Both of them nod and when Venusaur uses Poison Powder in hopes of poisoning my Pokemon, Holly absorbs the attack into the two red petals on her back, causing the petals to turn black, then she unleashes her Seed Flare and creates an explosion of light and water, and when Sage's ability, Justified, activates, from being hit by one of Weavile's dark-type moves, her attack stat is raised for the sake of justice. I call out to Miracle, "Miracle, utilisez Hidden Power on Houndoom, Dragonite, and Weavile!" Miracle nods to me and uses Hidden Power on the specified Pokémon, the move's type being Fairy, and when the second pervert commands his Dragonite to use Dragon Breath on Miracle, when the move hits, it deals little damage to Miracle thanks to her very high defense and special defense, then Miracle looks at me as if asking if she should use her Hidden Power again, to which I nod and multiple orbs form in front of her chest and she launches them at Weavile, then I command Sage as her red eyes lock with my blue and tea green ones, "Sage, utilisez Sacred Sword." Sage nods as light spews from her crest and travels upward into the shape of a sword, then she charges forward and hits each Pokemon with no trouble whatsoever, and soon, I say to Holly to finish off the last standing Pokémon, Empoleon, "Holly, utilisez Solar Beam." Holly charges up and soon launches her Solar Beam, thus defeating Empoleon, and I ask the lady from before as I help her up, "you're okay, right?" She says with a curt nod, kind of jiggling her wide-frame sunglasses, but before I have the chance to get a look at her eyes, she pushes her wide-frame sunglasses back up, "yes, thank you for saving me." I say as I call out my Eeveelutions, "you're welcome. I just couldn't stand idly and do nothing, that would be wrong. I'm Shining." She says as we gently shake hands, "I'm Volcana." I say as we let go of each other's hands and Shaymin jumps up on my shoulder after returning to her land form, "nice to meet you, Volcana. These," I pause to let out all my Pokémon, and continue once all my Pokémon are with me, "are my Pokémon." After lots of Pokémon naming, I get down to Holly, Sage, Belle, Miracle, and Faith, and say as I introduce them each just as Holly decides to crawl into my arms and take a nap, "and finally, there's Holly, my first multi-form Grass-type mythical, Sage, the first and only Sword of Justice to join my team, Belle, my Elegant pattern Vivillon, and finally, Miracle, my first legendary Pokemon from the Alola region that can change types with the use of a held item like a plate or memory thanks to the ability RKS system, which is also the signature ability of Miracle's species, which is called Silvally. In Miracle's case, it's a memory. Mine has a Psychic memory, thus making her a Psychic-type. Of course, I also have a dual-type Alolan legendary Pokémon, Lunala, a dual Psychic- and Ghost-type who I lovingly nicknamed Faith." Volcana says as she gently pats Sage's head, causing Sage to allow it just this once and enjoy being petted by someone other than me or one of my family members or Nebula, while Miracle happily presses her head into my hand with a soft, happy growl, and Faith squeaks happily as she hugs me from the side with her crescent moon-shaped wings, using her little claws to hold on, "all your Pokémon look so strong, even your Braixen is strong. They each have powerful movesets." I say as I gently tuck one arm under Holly's belly, and gently fold the other around her so that she doesn't fall, "I know. Only the best moves are chosen for my Pokémon's movesets. Some even have movesets including their signature move. For Miyazaki here, her signature move is Sacred Fire. For Shaymin, her signature move is Seed Flare. For Miracle, it's Multi-Attack. Faith's signature move is Moongeist Beam." I accidentally give my twisted wrist a hard whack and the pain from it worsens, but thankfully, I manage to resist the urge to clutch my wrist in pain so that Volcana doesn't get suspicious and we continue chatting till I've arrived home. Volcana texts me a few days later saying that I shouldn't bother hiding my twisted wrist from her and that I need to get medical attention, and later asks me to meet her in the park. When I head out to the park with Blazing Beauty, once I arrive, Volcana is already there, but she's wearing a different outfit than she was when we first met, this one consists of a black sleeveless jacket over a thin light blue crop top, black thigh high stockings with a white stripe, and dull blue and white lace-up boots, and she's no longer wearing her hair in the bun she had it in or the red wide-frame sunglasses she wore when we first met, thus revealing that her eyes are blue and purple. After a while, I learn from Volcana that her actual name is Sorano and she was using her middle name Volcana until she knew she could trust me, and even later, we find out that we're sisters and hug happily, causing the crowd to 'awww' at the scene before them, but I send them a threatening glare as my eyes turn two different shades of purple, causing them to back off, and when Sorano notices, she simply snickers as Blazing Beauty and Jumper(Sorano's Cinderace) pop out then says while the two of us get up, "alright, let's head home." I nod in agreement and we call our starters then head home, our starters walking with us the whole time, and Mom and Dad hug us both once we're home and we giggle at each other. Faith pops out of her Luxury Ball and squeaks three times to get my attention as she perches on my leg after Sorano and I sit down in our room and hugs my arm with her little claws, successfully getting my attention, so I put my book down, cover-up, and rub Faith's head, causing her to squeak happily. Sorano looks up with a soft "huh" when she hears Faith squeaking happily, then sees me petting Faith, who's perched on my leg. Faith looks at her and squeaks in greeting, causing Sorano to chuckle softly and pat Faith's head a few times. Splashy, my female Blastoise, pops out of her Luxury Ball at that moment, surprising us all, and I say to Splashy in a scolding tone, "Splashy, no! Return!" I raise Splashy's Luxury Ball and a red light shoots out and returns Splashy to her Luxury Ball, then put the Luxury Ball away. I grumble as Faith squeaks in confusion, "I hate it when Splashy surprises us all like that." Sorano gently pulls me towards her and at first, I jump, but quickly hug her, and she happily hugs me back, the key stone embedded in between the spikes of her left spiked wristband-no, MEGA spiked wristband- lightly brushing up against my back, and of course I'm mindful of the bracelet Cynthia gave me when she found out my family and I were moving to Unova, as something to remember her by, in her words. She also gave me a Gible egg, the Gible inside of which will be the son or daughter of her Garchomp once it hatches. I carefully lean down after we let go of each other and pull out the Gible egg, then see it emitting an orange glow, indicating that it's hatching. I quickly take the top of the container off of it and we both watch in awe as a cute baby Gible is revealed in the place of the egg. I call softly to Gible, causing her to look at me, "Gible." Gible replies curiously, "Gible?" After a while, Gible starts nibbling at my finger as I pet her, causing me to giggle and decide to name her Chompy. Later on, in the afternoon, Chompy evolves into Gabite, and just before we go to bed, she evolves into Garchomp.
