Family Reunion

Flare sighs sitting on a coffin and she eats some cookies "How long does it take to fire people?" she asks earning a shrug from Undertaker "May I suggest you stay at your grandmother's house? The young Earl will like it there more" the ex-reaper says and Flare mumbles "Don't know where she lives" "I know" Ciel says and he adds "Come on".

The two leave and Ciel stops at sign "That way" he says pointing to a gloomy looking forest "Wow... Thought she lived somewhere else" Flare says and the two go in, not aware Aberline had been watching them and he follows them after realizing where they're going. "This place creeps me out a bit" Ciel says and Flare shrugs "Wait... I forgot to tell Undertaker he has to tell Sebastian where we're going" she says and Ciel waves her concern off "You two!" they hear Aberline yell and Ciel curses under his breath and Flare says "Get on my back", when Aberline arrives where the two were he seems to have lost them, but he starts looking for them again.

Ciel knocks on the door after getting of Flare's back and he sighs "Lost him" he says and Flare says "Not really, if he followed us he must know that a vampire lives here somewhere". A servant opens and lets the two in "Ciel, what brings you here?" an elderly lady asks and Ciel says "I brought Flare with me, but we need a place to stay until my butler decides to fire one of our servants" "He hired a vampire" Flare says and she feels that she's being inspected "You really are alive, I was so worried after hearing what happened to your parents" the woman says and Flare says "Why were they killed anyway?" "We don't know yet" Ciel says "Also consider changing your name" "To what?" Flare asks looking at him "Liliana Knight" he says and Flare sighs "I'm not even going to ask how you know that, I just wanna take a nap" she says "Which reminds me grandma, what's your name?" she asks "Silviana" the woman says. They both get a room and Ciel is looking over the garden using the balcony "Finny could learn something from this" he mumbles and Flare suddenly lands next to him from the balcony above him "Yep he could" she says sitting on the railling "I wish we were still at my manor" he says and adds "But this place has something as well" "It's getting late, we should get some sleep" Flare says and she sighs "Hey Ciel, would you mind if I stayed here?" she asks, but to her surprise he hugs her "No, it's your home as well" he says "Off to bed you two" Silviana says and Flare says "Thanks Ciel, goodnight", she jumps back up and heads back into the room.

Aberline knocks on the door of the mansion 5 minutes later and Silviana opens the door "Can I help you with something?" she asks knowing exactly why he's here "Yes, did you see two children?" he asks and he is slightly creeper out why the 'old' ladies chuckle "Of course, one of them is my granddaughter, they're currently sleeping" she says "But didn't your granddaughter die?" Aberline asks confused and he is even more confused when she says "No she was only missing. Only those two are here, you're free to look around though". So Aberline enters the spooky manor and he looks at a few paintings "All of these painting are old, only the last one is made recently" he comments, the last one is one of Flare and her grandmother, before she disappeared.

The next morning Flare is covering her head with a pillow when the curtains are opened "Close them and I'll get up" she says, but a female says "You will only fall asleep again if I do that young miss" "Isabella?" Flare asks sitting up "I thought you were dead" she adds earning a smiles "I can't believe you wouldn't tell me" "Your grandmother didn't know you were alive at the time, now time to get dressed". Ciel is already waiting at the table when Flare walks in and Aberline enters too "You two are alright" he says earning two sighs "Course we are" Ciel says and Flare adds "Besides, what's the harm in visiting family?" "Family?" Aberline asks "If she's your grandmother then why are you staying with Ciel?" "Our families were close and often did business together" a voice says and Aberline turns around "You mean you were titled as one of the-" "Yes" Silviana cuts him off "There are quite a few left" "I really think my boss will be looking for me" Aberline quickly says and he leaves even faster then anyone has ever seen "Aristocrats of evil" Ciel says "Are people really that scared of them?" he asks and Flare says "Why do you think no one ever visits the Undertaker often?" "Right" Ciel says, Flare stretches and someone else knocks on the door "That isn't Sebastian" Flare says glancing at Ciel "He has a very unique scent, easy for tracking him" she quickly adds. The door is opened and closed rather loudly a few seconds later "An 'old friend' is back" Isabella says and Silviana looks at Ciel and Flare "Please go to Flare's room" she says so the two quickly follow Isabella "An old friend?" Ciel asks and Flare says "Only friends she had were in that group of people. In Flare's room they sit on the bed "I'm tired" Flare says and they hear footsteps "I sensed her so where is she?" a male asks and Isabella mentions to the balcony before climbing to the roof with ease and she helps the others up as well "Who is that?" Ciel asks and Flare says "An old friend indeed, that is a demon, currently looking for me" "Of course there shouldn't be a problem when we're here" Isabella says "Her vampire half gets masked when she's near a human" "That's useful" Ciel comments and he glances at Flare as she says "Demons really don't like vampires like me", however the demon soon finds them and Ciel says "Sebastian get rid of him, that's an order", Sebastian seems to appear in front of them and he says "I can't allow you to hurt my young master and his friends" "Isabella, help Sebastian" Flare says and the other vampire gets up "As you wish" she says, the other demon quickly decides he's no match for the two and he leaves "Sorry" Flare says, but Isabella smiles "Don't be, haven't had a chance to beat a demon in a long time" she says and jumps back down after picking up the two "I fired the other servant, but she doesn't want to leave until she has a replacement" Sebastian says "Tell her to leave, she's coming with us" Ciel says pointing to the older vampire.
