Forbidden feelings?

The guest arrived earlier and the second he steps into the mansion he becomes alert, Ciel had warned everything to stay on guard and told Sebastian and Flare to act human and forced them to wear color lenses "Are you alright sir?" Flare asks as the man hands her his coat and he says "It just seems a little empty" "There are 5 servants, that's all I need" Ciel says and he adds "With Flare being the youngest and newest, please forgive her if she makes a mistake" "I see" the man says as they're brought to the dining room by Sebastian "Flare my dear, would you go and make the tea?" he asks, Ciel being Ciel told them that Flare and Sebastian would act as father and daughter due to their similarities "Of course dad" Flare says earning a chuckle from Ciel, who doesn't miss the glare from both his non human workers. The visit goes by well until Ciel plays a board game with his guest, with the guest winning until he comes on a nasty place "The trap of the demon" Ciel says and he adds "You're out for one turn", this time Ciel arrives on a different space "Vampiric aid, I get to move double the distance". His guest gets tired and bored of the game so he says "I don't mean to be rude, but I have other things to do" "But we're almost finished" Ciel says and Flare walks in to pick up the empty tea cups, since she and Sebastian now had jobs to do they could drop the act and take out the color lenses. The second the man sees her eyes he points a gun at Ciel "You have a vampire as servant, they should rot in hell" he says and Ciel stands up "I decide who gets to work here, but since you're so confident go ahead and shoot" he says. But the bullet hits the chair and Flare says "I apologize good sir, but you're mistaken, I'm only a half vampire", he turn to look at her to see her eyes glowing red and she smirks putting Ciel comfortable on another chair "My 'father' wouldn't agree with you shooting the young master, right Sebastian?" she asks and the said butler walks in "A demon too" the man says and he tries to flee "Let him, he won't escape" Ciel says and Flare moves one of the pieces to 'Never heard from again' before and the other one to 'Survivor'. After that the three decide to look for their guest "He'll tell others if he gets out" Ciel says and Sebastian nods "Though half vampires are a myth to most, at the age of 10 they're forced to drink from an innocent person" he explains and Flare speeds of saying "They tried and failed".

They find their guest in the garden and Flame picks up Ciel before running of and stopping in front of the now paranoid male "You're stuck in a demon's trap remember?" Ciel asks as Sebastian walks over "And you can't escape".

They circle around him and Ciel feels something fly past his ear and he knows Mey-rin shot from the roof.

Later that evening Undertaker comes to pick up his new guest "I see you're treating Flare well?" he says mentioning to the half asleep girl "Of course" Sebastian says with a chuckle "Sebastian, clean up the mess, I'll help Flare" Ciel says and the demon walks off. In the room Flare let's herself fall on her bed "Shouldn't-" Ciel cuts himself off and he sighs putting the blanket over Flare, who fell asleep and he brushes some if her black hair away "Sleep well" he whispers and smiles leaving the room "You're not getting feelings for her are you young master?" Sebastian asks as the door is closed "I know I'm engaged to Lizzy, but... I'm not sure anymore" Ciel says with a sigh "I hope you make up your mind soon then" Sebastian says and he adds "Also since she's a young half vampire, using her powers like her inhuman speed this much could result into her getting sick".

The next morning Flare is late, so Sebastian decides to check "Flare, time to start work" he says and Mey-rin opens the door slightly "Uh... She said she's not feeling well and the young master told me to keep an eye on her" she says letting Sebastian in "She's trying to walk though". Around 10 minutes later Ciel and Sebastian, who needed to pick up some clothes that were specially made for Flare, are in town at the undertaker's shop with the sick girl "Oh dear" Undertaker says and he takes her from Sebastian and the Scottland yard walks in "Undertaker, we need a report on what killed the children" Aberlein says and Undertaker says "You already know the answer to that", he then looks at Ciel and says "Children are being killed at night, someone or something breaks in and kills them in their sleep" "Sebastian, go help with the investigation" Ciel says earning a bow "I assume you'll be staying here then" Sebastian says earning a nod.

Undertaker brings Flare upstairs and Ciel follows him "Will she be fine?" he asks as they enter a room, which is small, but big enough with a bed and closet "She'll be fine, she just won't remember anything from the last week" Undertaker says we earning a nod from Ciel "I'll keep an eye on her" he says as the door downstairs opens. For some reason Sebastians question lingered in his mind, but there was no way that Flare would feel the same, it was funny how things had changed over the time he accepted the undertaker's request to take her in.
