Tae POV

My eyes flutter open heavily and Immediately come in to contact with harsh forgiving sunlight. I guess we must have forgotten to close the balcony curtains.
However it's not the sun that woke me up , but rather the persistent buzzing of a nearby phone. I know for a fact it cannot be mine because I turn mine off at night so I can (try) and sleep better. It has to be Jungkook's. I lean over carefully , so as to not disturb the precious , limited sleep he has. I manage to swipe it without waking him up.

3 missed calls : cherry

Message cherry: baby still coming round tonight? X
Message cherry: Jungkook are you still coming round tonight
Message cherry: Jungkook I need to know so I can cancel my other plans
Message cherry: jeon fucking Junglebook I swear to the heavenly Christ
Message cherry: Jeon is your lazy ass still in bed

Message cherry: KOOK WAKE UP

Sorry but who the fuck is this cherry chick? I always just assumed Jungkook was single. Now that I think about it I really don't know that much about him at all , I sleep with someone I know virtually nothing about!
I look over to see him sleeping soundly.
Hm

It's about an hour later and I've been back on my room for a while after deciding to leave Jungkook sleeping.
"Bet he'd rather sleep with cherry." I mutter darkly.

Just as I say this I hear a ding on my phone.

Jungkook: Tae where did u go it's Saturday u don't need to wake up early

To Jungkook: didn't want to get in the way
I get a reply almost immediately
Jungkook: in the way of what? I wanted to do something with u today coz we only ever hang out at night

To Jungkook: when you aren't with cherry that is

Lets see how he likes that.

His next doesn't come and I'm just about to put my phone down when it's starts ringing.

Caller ID Jungkook

I pick it up after a few rings and he starts talking immediately.

"How do you know about cherry?"

"Who is she?"

"Tell me Tae."

"Your phone kept going off and I went to switch it on to silent and I saw loads of messages from her."

"Tae I know what you're thinking-"

"Flirting with me while you're already in a relationship? I knew you had no standards but that's low even for you."

"She's not like my girlfriend or anything!"

"....then what is she."

"She's a friend.... a special friend."

"So you're friends with benefits essentially?"

"Ew Tae no one calls it that anymore."

"Oh excuse me for misjudging your fuck buddy relationship!"

"Cmon Tae don't be like that , she's nice you'd like her."

"I don't think I could look at anyone knowing you'd had your dick wedged up them."

"Then you won't be able to look on the mirror for much longer."

"You're a fucking animal don't bother talking to me again!" I yell down the line before hitting the end call button.

I wasn't angry really , it's just Jungkook flirting with me ,made me feel kind of special  , like I was the only one. What a load of bullshit that turned out to be.

This is like fake beef you know like this ain't the climax of the whole story coz honestly that would be weak
