(A/N) What's up every body, it's the author here. I still don't have an update schedule. SORRY! I'm workin' it, I swear! Anyway, on with the story!
Aphmau POV
Yipper eventually returned with a mouth full of sticks, much to Lunar's annoyance.
I was wet, cold, and scared. The alpha dude they were talking about must be a scary guy, based on what they're saying. I didn't know much about werewolves, and I'd barely talked to them, aside from Aaron. I didn't want to rely too much on their stereotype for information, but I didn't want to pick up a book and read about them. And I was regretting it.
"Shhh, Dan-Yipper! Here comes Alpha!" Lunar whispered.
Standing at the entrance to the cave was a werewolf wearing a black hooded cloak. Their ears and tail were completely black, but somehow different than Lunar and Yipper. They seemed more menacingly shaped...if that makes sense. I was unable to see their face. Standing at their side was another werewolf with normal brown ears, wearing a cloak like the first.
"Alpha we completed the task!" Lunar knelt down, Yipper seeing her actions, then doing the same.
"Not to bad for a measly Beta and Omega." The first werewolf sneered.
I could tell that the one with the black ears was a man from his voice. He must be Alpha....
"What a lovely girl..." He muttered, stepping closer to me.
"Dear, we have business to take care of..." The second one said, obviously female by her higher voice.
"You're right. Lunar bring her to the rest of the pack. Make sure they keep an eye on her." The Alpha said, turning around and leaving the cave with the female werewolf.
After they left Lunar and Yipper relaxed then pulled the rag out of my mouth.
"Let me go!" I shouted angrily, the second I could talk.
"Ooh, someone's got a temper!" Lunar chuckled. "Listen up. What do you know about Aaron Lycan?"
"Aaron? I barely know the guy! Is that why you kidnapped me?" I pulled at the rope binding my wrist. I was really confused.
"Ugh! I knew this was a waste of time! Yipper stay here with her while I go get something to eat. Then we'll bring her to the pack." Lunar stormed out of the cave in to the raging storm.
"Whew. Now that she's gone I can help you." Yipper scooted closer to me and began untying my hands.
"Why are you helping me?" I asked rubbing my sore wrists.
"Well...it's kinda a long story. My name is Daniel."
I tilted my head questionably. "Didn't she call you Yipper though?"
"Yeah we're given code names. Lunar's real name is Alex. Anyway, the Alpha wants you because you were talking to his son, Aaron." He paused, trying to read my expression, but failing. "Aaron has been isolated his whole life and Alpha doesn't want that to change. Nobody knows why. I'm going to help you escape because if you're brought to the pack there's a chance you'll never go home."
"What about my mom?" I furrowed my eyebrows.
"We don't have your mom. She's at your hose we just knocked her out and shoved her in the bathtub so you wouldn't find her." He scratched his head sheepishly.
Daniel POV
I watched her process what I'd said, but I couldn't tell what her expression meant. Was she...happy? No she was biting her lip.
"Well thank you Daniel. Now if you don't mind...I'd like to get out of here." She stood up and pulled her hair back.
I nodded and glanced out the cave entrance, only to see the entire friggin' pack coming our way.
"We've got company!" I whispered, and frantically pushed her to the ground and loosely bound her wrists.
(A/N) Hey it's me once again. This chapter is slightly longer than some previous ones! But I still don't think I have the write to brag. Okay that pun was bad. I'll leave now. ~Bye Mini Dragons!
