*Alex's P.O.V.*

I looked up to the sky, more mumbled voices. Everyone of the boys had talked to me, except Ashton. I didnt even think he was here anymore, which i suppose was good because im glad he didnt have to see me like this. I just wished he would talk to me, once. Looking back down at the ocean, i thought how many days have i been here? Had it been a month yet? More than a month? i didnt know. But i was sick of being here, i was sick of hearing everyone around me in pain. I couldnt sit here anymore and i was tired of not being able to do anything. I was tired and i didnt even know how, wasnt i in semi-permanent sleep? how could i still be tired? maybe i was tired of life. "Alex" i heard someone whisper, i looked at the sky again. "Alex im sorry, i shouldnt have let you go, i should have protected you, im sorry" it whispered, "Ashton" i said, smiling to myself. "This is all my fault, im sorry i let you down, im so sorry" he said, i could tell he was crying. "This isnt your fault" i said, "I love you with all my heart, please dont give up on me, please please please" he said, i felt him grab my hand. I looked down at my hand, smiling. "Ashton" i said, "I love you" i yelled, i closed my hand and for a moment i disappeared, it was all black. I was back. But only for an instant and then i was back on the beach. "Alex?" I heard Ashton say. I closed my eyes, trying my hardest wake myself up again, when i opened them i was in a white room, lying down in a hospital bed, i looked to my right. "Ashton?" i whispered, he looked at me, a smile on his face, tears in his eyes. "Ashton" i cheered, "Alex" he smiled standing up. "Alex im sorry" he cried, "Its fine Ashton, i love you" i smiled, before he could say anything, doctor and nurses ran into the room, pushing him out. Im alive.

*Ashton's P.O.V.*

1 Month since the accident and not a day had gone by when i wasnt at the hospital with the boys by my side. I didnt speak though, there was nothing for me to say. But somehow now, i felt the need to. "Alex im sorry, i shouldn't have let you go, i should have protected you, im sorry" I whispered, "This is all my fault, im sorry i let you down, im so sorry" i said, tears now streaming down my face "I love you with all my heart, please dont give up on me, please please please" I said, i grabbed her hand. For a moment, i swear i felt her squeeze my hand back, but only for an instant "Alex?" I Whispered. I closed my eyes, leaning back in the chair, i looked down at my hands. I had almost given up hope, but something was making me hold on. "Ashton?" I looked up, she's awake, I smiled, tears in my eyes. "Ashton" she cheered, "Alex" I smiled standing up. "Alex im sorry" I cried, "Its fine Ashton, i love you" She smiled, before I could say anything, doctor and nurses ran into the room, pushing me out. I sat down on the seat outside, smiling to myself. "Ash?" i looked up and saw the boys walking back. "What are you doing out here?" Luke asked, "Is everything okay?" Calum asked, panicked. "She's awake" i whispered, "What?" Michael asked, "Shes awake" i said a little louder, looking up at her. "When?" Michael smiled, "a few minutes ago" i smiled, "Shes awake" i cheered. The boys all smiled at me, a few moments later, the doctors walked out and let us back in. "Alex" i smiled as i walked back in. "Oh baby, im so sorry" i said as grabbed her hand, "how you feeling?" i asked, "Tired" she smiled, i chuckled. "Do you...do you know how Austin's doing?" She half whispered, "He's uh. He didnt make it" Calum said, she looked at him shocked. "Your free now" i smiled, "What about Eric" She asked, "I dont think he'll be bothering us again" Michael said, "Ash took care of him" Luke smirked. "Really?" She asked, i smiled and nodded. "Thank you" she smiled, and squeezed my hand. "Ive missed you so much" i half whispered, "I dont want to ever loose you", she looked at me, smiling. "You wont ever loose me Ash, i promise" she smiled. I dont know how long we just sat and chatted, about everything. It just felt so good to talk to her, see her. I smiled at her, "What are you staring at?" she asked, i just chuckled, Everything seemed to be so perfect again. "I love you" i smiled at her, "I love you too"
