Chapter 6: 1D & 5H Together

A week after talking via Skype, Harry was reunited with his One Direction band mates when they arrived in Miami from London.

A lot had happened before the four remaining 1D members arrived. Simon Cowell had set them up in one of Miami's swankiest apartment complexes, which wasn't far from the Miami recording studio where Fifth Harmony were putting the finishing touches on their second album before getting to work with the guys in their colloboration.

As for Fifth Harmony, they were all excited to see One Direction & to work with them. Camila in particular was more excited due to her being a really big fan of theirs even though she had gotten to know them as people.

After getting themselves settled into their new digs, the 1D guys went to the studio to meet Fifth Harmony & get started on what they hoped would be a fun project.

As soon as they walked in, both groups hugged. They then went to a conference room where they could talk & have some privacy due to paparazzi being outside the studio.

"How have you guys been?" asked Camila excitedly. "Been good, Cam. Harry told us you girls are pretty much done with the album," said Niall. "Almost. Still have a couple of songs left to record, & then we're finished," said a smiling Dinah. "That's great. Can't wait to hear it," said Louis. "We think you guys will love it," said Normani. "I'm sure we will" said a smiling Zayn. Harry & Ally just smiled at each other. 

They then got to talking about the song they were going to be doing together, & ideas just seemed to come out. Liam grabbed his iPad & started taking notes as everyone was blurting out ideas including him. Everyone just had so many things they wanted to put in the song. It was crazy.

Then Harry said, "Why don't we keep working on this tomorrow? Maybe we'll all have a clearer idea of what the song will be about." Everyone nodded in agreement. That seemed to make more sense to everyone.

As everyone began leaving, Lauren noticed Harry wink at Ally. That got her curious, but she felt that maybe it would be better not say anything about it until she & the girls were at Ally's condo.

When they got there, Ally went straight to the kitchen to get what was needed for dinner because the girls had mostly been eating take-out & were itching for a home-cooked meal. Lauren decided to find out what was going on between her friend & Harry Styles.

"Ally?" asked Lauren. "Yeah?" asked Ally. "What's going on with you & Harry?" asked Lauren. "You mean besides him & me hanging out at Lemoni Cafe that one night?" asked Ally. "Yeah," answered Lauren. Ally just sighed. She had no idea what to say.

"You like him, right?" asked Lauren. "Well....yeah. Doesn't everybody?" asked Ally. "I mean, do you like him as more then a friend?" asked Lauren.

Now Ally was completely caught off guard. She hadn't expected this.

"Well......." Ally started to say. Lauren just nodded, anxious to hear what her friend had to say.

She then got her answer.

"Yeah, I do," said Ally shyly. "That's great, AllyCat," said a smiling Lauren. "There's one problem though," said Ally. Lauren's smile quickly disappeared.

"What is it? Does he have a girlfriend?" asked Lauren. "No he doesn't. Turns out one of his exes isn't willing to let him go," said Ally. "Who is it? Taylor Swift?" asked Lauren. "No. Kendall Jenner," said Ally. "She's been texting Harry nonstop for weeks. He showed me the texts. They're pretty nasty espically towards me." Lauren was stunned.

She knew that Harry had never really been serious about Kendall & was aware that she was probably using him for publicity, but to hear from Ally that Kendall wanted him back and was talking trash about Ally was flat out stupid.

"Well, I wouldn't worry about it. She'll get the hint," said Lauren confidently. "You think so? I'm not so sure. I mean, we all know who her family is," said Ally. "Yeah. A joke," giggled Lauren. That caused Ally to start giggling too.

Now as the girls got dinner started, they all were excited for what would happen next.
