36. Radley

I've been a mess since I called it off with Louis. I mean, I knew we were slowly approaching that point but I didn't think it would be so soon. We've been over for two weeks now and he's starting to get on my last nerve.

It's really hard to be adamant about staying mad at him because he has been coming over everyday since then. I understand that it's his best friend's wedding and he had a big role in it but that doesn't mean he can lounge around me in the living room and just stare at me.

He was doing it right now and I was starting to get really mad.

"What?" I snapped, turning my head to look at him, "Everyday, you come over and stare at me. What is your problem?"

"I've no problem at all." He shrugged. Louis yawned and stretched out his body. "Where you headed today? You're all dressed up."

"What I do matters to you because..."

He shrugged again, "I'm just curious."

"For your kind information, Mr Tomlinson, I have an appointment at the hospital to get my stitches removed. After that, I have an appointment with my sonographer. Does that put your curiosity to rest?"

"And you're going alone? You can barely walk."

"Excuse you? I can walk perfectly fine. Sure, I have a limp but mind you, my legs were numbed out for over two months." I rolled my eyes and flicked through the TV channels. I could still feel his eyes on me. "And I'm not going alone. There are people that actually care about the baby and myself."

"Quite frankly, those people don't live in this house."

I bit the inside of my cheek and pulled at my fingers. I was so tempted to reach over and smack him. "Yeah, they don't care but Harry and Niall do. They care about me and my child more than you or my family could."

Louis scoffed, "Okay, sure. You keep telling yourself that, doll."

"Don't call me doll," I whispered, "please, just don't."

Louis took a few seconds but realized why that pet name made me fidget. Caleb called me doll through the texts and before he hurt me.

"Niall's gone to Mullingar today. He wanted to visit his family before got busy with this wedding stuff."

"So just Harry's taking me today. That's cool."

There was a knock at the door and I pushed myself off the couch. The new, black leather, couch.

It was tough at first but I managed and made my way towards the door. I unlocked it and saw a giant bouquet of orchids. My favourite.

"Pretty flowers for my pretty best friend." Harry said, giving me his famous dimpled smile.

"Awe, Harry! These are gorgeous! Thank you so much but you really shouldn't have."

"I know but I think you deserve a celebratory present since you can walk without the assistance of your two loser best friends."

I let him into the house and gave him a hug, "I wouldn't even be at this stage without you boys so thank you."

"Yeah, no worries!" He looked around the house and stopped his gaze on Louis, who was leaning against the wall, staring at us. Harry nodded at him, "Louis."

"Harold."

Harry laughed and rolled his eyes, "You know that isn't my name."

"Okay, I'm gonna go set these in the kitchen. Want me to bring you back anything?"
