17 years old and pregnant. There were supporters and there were haters. It wasn't an intentional pregnancy, but it wasn't a regret either. Your boyfriend was definitely someone you couldn't love and understand more. At first he was upset, angry that he had ruined your lives but he slowly came to grips that he was going to be a dad. Right now, you two were at the doctors office. Along with your 5 month old baby bump.
"You know Chance, for one of the most popular and confident guys at school, you seem pretty nervous." You teased referring to his sweaty and shaking hand.
"Well I wander why babe? This is nerve racking." He admitted taking the hand you were holding and wiping it on the sleeve of his sweatshirt. You reached up and kissed his cheek, feeling just as anxious as he was.
"Don't worry, you're not the only one. Think about the fact I have four more months of trying to keep this baby alive and healthy." You reminded him, he nodded and the nurse came out and called your name. The pair of you walked hand in hand to the room that you normally went into.
"So Y/N and Chance, I'm sure you're aware that you can find out the sex of the baby, is that something you want to do or do you want it to be a surprise?" She smiled. You and Chance looked at each-other with smiles. You got up and sat on the bed while Chance took a seat next to you.
"We'd like to know please." You and Chances hands hadn't left each other. The nurse lifted your top slightly.
"I would tell you that this is going to be a little chilly, but I'm sure you know that by now." She chuckled making you laugh. She moved the scanner around and the heartbeat of baby Sutton showed up, making your heart warm.
"So guys, it looks like your baby is healthy and growing well, so I applaud you for that. Now, as for the gender, it seems like baby Sutton is in fact a baby boy." She smiled, and you felt your eyes tear up. You looked over at Chance who already had a tear coming down his cheeks.
"Congratulations guys, I'll go print these pictures." The nurse smiled before heading out of the room.
"I cannot believe we're having a boy." Chance said excitedly reaching over and passionately kissing you. It was a moment you would never forget.
