What The People Want

Tessa POV:

After Emilio's disappearance, I decide to go look for him but then I'm stopped by Jake, "Hey, wanna go get some pizza?" "Uhm, sure." "Cool, let's go." I decide that if something was wrong with Emilio he would've called for help. I get my purse and put on some chapstick before heading out the door, followed by Jake and Chance.

We get in the car, this is when Jake realizes Emilio's absence, "Any clue about Emilio?" "Might have gone to the bathroom." Chance suggests. He's right, maybe he did, we should've waited before leaving, he might've wanted to come.

Once we get there and get our pizza Jake says, "Well that was some kiss, viewers are gonna love that." I look at him confused, asking for more. "I didn't want a good video to go to waste, so I went ahead and posted what we had of it. You know, or else I wouldn't have a video for today. Anyways, people loved it! They ship you two, they even have a name." "A name?" Chance asks. "Chessa." Chessa? I almost spit out my drink. I can't believe people actually dig that stuff. "It's only a matter of time before people start believing it's real... hold on... Erica's calling." Jake picks up the phone. Me and Chance look at eachother. "Chessa?" He says eyebrows raised, smiling. I look away laughing at the thought.

Emilio's POV:

Chessa?! What the heck are these people thinking?! Emilio thought reading the comments on Jake's new video. There is literally no chemistry between the two. I decide to go tell Jake about this stupid thing fans are commenting. I can't find him. I look outside and... his car is gone! He left, without me! Where did he go? I notice Chance and Tessa are also gone. Great! He is probably taking them to talk them about how awesome it would be if they were together. Ugh. I talk to Ivan to get my mind of Tessa, but all he wants to talk about is his kiss with Jake. I decide to just go and play Xbox.

Tessa POV:

After we get home, I go to Emilio's room, to check on him, I haven't seen him since the challenge. I walk in his room and there he is on the bed playing Xbox. I don't think he knows I came in, if he does, he's not acknowledging me. I sit down next to him. He looks and me then looks back, "Where did you go?" He asks me softly. "Pizza." I say, "I saved you a slice." He gives me a half-smile. I look back at the tv right at the time it ends. "Did you win?" I ask. "Yeah." He says smiling but talking at the same time. "Good." I pat him on the back and leave the room. He follows me into the kitchen. He microwaves his pizza, and I get out some dessert. We sit across from each other at the table and eat our food. I enjoy these times with Emilio.
