Prologue

I know this is completely different, I'll make it up as I go along.

You were sitting at home with your parents, having just one normal day of your life. But when the chaos happened, your life became hell.

Your parents panicked for the people and monsters around them. They put you in a bunker and said they would be right back. You waited and waited but nobody came.

Your parents were always willing to help anybody in need. You did too, you were also willing to help anyone that needed it.

Even though your parents had told you to stay in where you were, you didn't listen, you were ten and thought you could take care of yourself. You opened the bunker door and walking into the house. You saw the house was destroyed. You could barley walk around. You continued outside, you found people running for their lives, fires everywhere.

You looked around more, the scene fills you with terror. You thought you were going to die. Nothing was going to overwhelm that statement.

You looked up to see a skeleton. But not just any skeleton, a very glitchy one. You'd don't know what it was, but it struck fear into your heart. You were frozen and watched as the skeleton type created destroyed your world.

It laughed a glitchy tone and its voice hurt your ears. You saw bones and fire fly at it, but it didn't do any good. He brought up some kind of code and hit an erase button.

All you saw was destruction and bodies. Nobody, nothing, just...hurt, pain. Your world was gone. Completely extinct of all life. Why you? Why are you the soul survivor?

You went on your knees and cried into your hands. You had no idea what had happened, but you did know everyone and everything was gone.

You then heard footsteps behind you. You tuned around to see a skeleton, but not the skeleton you saw being hurting people, a different one, one with a different attire and looked very artistic.

You started to panic and back away falling on your butt. He approached you, went onto his knee in front of you and smiled. "Hello there! I'm ink! What's your name?"

"I- uh... I-" you were scared.

"Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you.. I'm here to help."

"I'm.. im.. Y-Y/N." you say.

"Wow! I like that name." He said and smiled at you bigger. He put his hand out for you. "Come on, I'll help you."

You hesitated to take his hand but ended up doing it anyway. He helped you up and led you toward a strange portal.

"I know your universe was destroyed. But let me give you a new one. You can live with me. If you want"

His offer surprised you. You didn't have anywhere to go if you declined, you'd just be stuck in nothingness. You did feel bad though. You didn't want to have him worrying about you.

You nodded at him. He became all excited and happy. "Wow! Yes! I've always wanted somebody to help me!" He said. "Whoops, not there yet. Ok, well let's go."

You two went through the portal.

~present day self (teenager)~

You and Ink were just sitting in the couch when an alarm went off. You and Ink suddenly sprung up. He went over to a panel to a panel to call Dream.

"Dream what is it?" Ink asked.

"I-I don't know. All of the positive feelings from there have been replaced by... fear..." Dream said and a worried tone.
