"Nobody ever Skypes me," Ellie thought as she made her way over to her MacBook. "Who uses Skype anymore, anyway?" She scoffed at the stranger's out-of-date communication skills.

Ellie typed in her password and clicked on Skype. Before she could copy down the strangers username, something caught her eye. "Nev," she read the bold, white letters aloud. "NEV!!" she screamed. Leo, Ellie's beagle, turned his head in curiosity. After pressing "call," Ellie wiped her sweaty hands on her jeans and fixed her hair. She listened to the familiar Skype ringtone, and found herself wondering why the one and only Nev Schulman had called her.

"Heyyyyyyy!!!" Two familiar faces greeted in unison. "Hey!" Ellie waved smiled at her idols. They made small talk for a few minutes until Nev continued.

"Okay, so, I bet you're wondering why you got a call from us," Nev said, smiling. "Yeah, I hope I didn't send you some weird fan mail in my sleep," Ellie said, hoping her response wasn't too... well... creepy.

Max and Nev began hysterically laughing. Nev rolled his chair out of frame and laid his head in his arms, holding back tears. Max ran a hand through his silver hair and attempted to continue with the call.

"No," he continued, struggling to stay serious. "We found your channel on YouTube, and we'd love to do some kind of a collab with you. Whether that be some kind of a vlog, or what, we'd love to get to know you." Ellie's heart stopped. "Ohmygosh. No... is this a joke?"

"Nope," Nev said, joining Max. "We think that you're absolutely hilarious! We'd love to have you join us on an episode or two." Ellie lifted a hand and placed it on her chest. She subconsciously fumbled with her necklace. "Yes! That would be amazing!"

"A couple nights ago, Max and I decided to watch a few of your videos, which ended up turning into an Ellie marathon, but you get the point." Ellie smiled at his goofy compliment. "We. Laughed. So. Hard," Nev continued, pausing in emphasis after each word. "So... we decided to give you a call."

"That's okay. I guess it's not that much different than having Catfish marathons on T.V. But yeah, I would be honored to be on Catfish. You guys said you've watched some videos, so I'm guessing you've heard how much I talk about the show."

Max smiled, looking up from the small camera in his hand. "It's okay, it's kinda cute." Ellie blushed and looked away from the camera. "Hey, I saw that," Max teased. His flirting was interrupted by a ring in the background. "Sorry," Nev said. "That's the producer."

"Oh, no, you're fine. I'll uh... let you go." As Nev walked out of frame to answer the phone, Max rolled his chair better into view. "I'll um... give you my number? We can keep in touch so we can meet up soon." Ellie blushed again which made Max laugh. They exchanged phone numbers, and Max agreed to text her the next day with plans.

"Yeah, sounds good! I can't believe this is actually happening," Ellie laughed at herself. Max smiled, "Yeah, I mean, we've done a few collabs before, but not with a real fan. So this should be interesting." Nev returned from his phone call and shoved Max over. "Give me some room, screen hog," he joked. Ellie laughed. "Well thank you guys so much for calling me, and for giving me this opportunity. This is a dream come true for me!"

Max and Nev waved in farewell. Ellie closed her laptop and spun her chair around. "That... was amazing," she said aloud.
