"What roses?" He asked.
"Stop joking around."
"I'm not."
"You still there?" He asked.
"Yeah, yeah I'm here." I replied.
"I'm a great actor, aren't I?" He replied.
"Harry, I could kill you right now!" He laughed.
"I'm glad you find this amusing."
"I'm sorry I couldn't hold myself back." He replied.
"The roses are beautiful, Harry. Thank you. But they must have cost you a-"
"That doesn't matter, Sam. Happy Valentines Day."
"Happy Valentines Day, Harry." I replied.
"Will you go to dinner with me tonight?" He asked taking me by surprise.
"I would love to go out to dinner with you tonight."
"Great. I'll pick you up at seven." He replied.
"It's a date...I mean um...you know what I mean."
"Yeah. I'll see you tonight." He replied.
"Alright. Bye." I hanged up. I went to my mom's office.
"I need to go to the mall."
"Is your homework done?" She asked.
"Pretty much." I replied back hesitantly.
"Go but as soon as you come back you finish your homework."
"Thanks, Ma!" I ran to my room to get ready. I texted my best friend, Raven to see if she would meet me there then I grabbed my wallet and my mom's car keys and left.
At the Mall...
Raven agreed to meet me at the mall so I was sat in the food court waiting for her. Five minutes later, she appeared right in front of me.
"What are you doing?" She asked.
"Waiting for you."
"Let's go! We have to find you something to wear." She said walking away. I quickly got up following her.
"This is the fastest I've ever seen you move." I said following behind her. I have a feeling this is going to be a long day. I followed her into the first store.
"Do you know where you're going tonight?" She asked.
"No, he didn't say. But knowing him he'll take me somewhere extravagant."
"You are having dinner with Harry Styles on Valentine's Day. What do you expect? Burger King?"
"No, it's just...I don't know. I've had dinner with him before but this time it just feels different."
"Because this time it's a date." She replied.
"He never said it was a date." I replied. She just shook her head.
"Welcome to the world of dating, young one. You have a lot to learn."
