Charlotte Stark: Tony Stark's Daughter (Book 1)

Chapter 6~ "I can't believe I just did that."

We landed on the platform, and I was glad. I hurried and grabbed my duffle bag and Steve follows closely behind me, Natasha is there to greet us.

"Agent Romanoff meet Captain Rogers, and Romanoff I believe you have already met my niece, Agent Coulson." He introduces us, "Hey, Charlie. Wow! Look at you!" I chuckle, "Hey,Nat. Look at you, always beautiful." We both laugh, and Steve says, "Ma'am." and all she says is "hey." 

She looks at my uncle and says, "They need you on the bridge. They're starting the face trade." 

"Okay, See you guys there. And Charlie, don't get into trouble." Phil says. "You get into trouble?" Steve raises an eyebrow. "Yeah her middle name should have been trouble." Natasha jokes. I shake my head, my walkie talkie that is attached to my leg goes off. "Agent C. Coulson we need you in the cock pit. Fury would like to speak with you." Hill says. "Okay tell him I'll be there in a minute." I attach it back to my leg. " Hey, Steve, I got to go talk to Fury." I say.    

"Is everything alright?" He asks. "I haven't had time to raise havoc yet, so I think I'm good. Natasha will guide you around, and she'll bring you to where I am later." with that I walked away.

~Third Person POV~

"Are you and Charlie like together?" Natasha asks.

"No. Why do you say that?" Steve replies. 

Natasha looks at him with an eyebrow raised, "Seriously? The way you look at her and the way she looks at you. Disgusting. But, yeah, you guys totally like each other." She smirks and they walked away leaving the conversation behind, and talking about other things.

~Charlie's POV~

I met with Fury and all he asked me was if I knew whether or not my dad was on board, and I told him I really didn't know. Right then Steve walks in, and I begin to walk over to him, "Coulson: feelings separate from work." he says for the 700th time. " I got it." I tell him, and we walk over to where they were at.

"Dr. Banner, it's a pleasure to meet you." I say.

"The pleasure's all mine, Charlie." he says. I grin and walk over to Steve. After what happened in the quinjet, it was a little awkward around Steve. I didn't want it to be awkward between us, so I started talking like nothing happened. " So, how do you like it so far?" I ask.

" It's huge." he says looking around mesmerised. 

" Yeah alot of technology, and hard work has been put into all of this." I say smiling at him, he was about to say something, but Fury walked over to us.

"Agent Coulson." he says

"Yes,sir?" I say. 

"You will be joining Captain here on everything, you will be his guide and watch him.  Got it?" he says. "Since Agent Barton, is 'possessed' by Loki, you are good with a bow and arrow. So you'll be like Hawkeye 2.0."

"Okay." he walks away and I look at him, "Seems to be were like partners." I say.

"Well that's good. At least you get to show me around and make sure I don't get lost."

They began to scan Loki's face on one of the monitors to see if they could pinpoint where to find him at. Steve and I stand with my uncle,  he asks Steve if he would sign his cards,"I mean, if it's not too much trouble." Phil says "No, no it's fine."Steve replies. 

"It's a vintage set.It took me a couple of years to collect them all.Near mint. Slight foxing around the edges, but...." one of the Agents says, "We got a hit, 67% match." I walk over there and look, Phil and Steve following me. "Wait cross match 79%."
