After we left the hospital we met the rest of the gang at Shawarma. Everyone asked how I felt, and how I got out of the hospital so quickly. I explained to them how Steve and I had the same blood type, and they used it for the transfusion. I also explained how the super soldier serum might have the affect on me that it had on Steve. We sat there ate, and enjoyed ourselves. Steve and I sat next to each other hand in hand.
"You guys are quite close aren't you?" Natasha asks with a smirk.
"Aren't you and Bird boy?" I asked and everyone chuckles.
"How do you feel about it Tony?" Nat asks.
"As long as she's happy, I'm okay with it." My dad said, but I knew it bugged him deep down.
"How would Phil feel about it?" Bruce asks.
"I think he would fan girl." I laugh remembering how excited he got when Steve cane along. We talked for what it seems like hours, and had fun. Then it was time for us all to go.
"Well, I'll see you when you come down to Malibu." My father says and hugs me.
"I think I might just bring Steve along for the ride. Cause I don't think he's been to Malibu before." I say and smile.
"Okay, well I'll catch you later." He says and Bruce comes over to me and says bye. Him and my dad get into his car and drive away. Natasha and Clint come over and say goodbye as well, and then they left. And now it was just me and Steve.
"You ready to go?" He asks.
"I don't know what were going to drive, because my car is still parked in that parking lot." I say.
He laughs, " I have my motorcycle ya know." He grabs my hand, and we walk over to where it was.
"I didn't think you were the motorcycle type of guy." I say.
"Wanna go for a ride?" He asks.
I nod my head and he gets on first, and then I do.
"Hold onto my waist." He says with a smile.
"Gladly." I say with a chuckle. Before we drive off I tell him, "I love you, Steve." He turns and says, "I love you too, Charlie." I kiss his cheek, and he starts the motorcycle,and we drive off down the road.
I don't know how I got this lucky. But all I know is that I love Steve Rogers.
