Chapter 23

Momo POV

I slammed the door open to our room and found someone lying on the bed.

"Jeongyeon?"

The person turned to me.

"Momo?"

'Am I dreaming? Am I really seeing Jeongyeon right in front of me? Oh god my heart is beating so freaking fast'

Without thinking anymore, I ran directly to Jeongyeon and jumped in her arms. I hugged her so tight and buried my face in her neck.

'I've missed her so much. I've missed touching her, I've missed seeing her, and I've missed her smile that always makes me fall for her'

"Moguri I've missed you" Jeongyeon said hugging me tighter.

"I've missed you more Jeongyeonnie" I said still not releasing the hug.

"I'm so glad to see my Momoring return safely home. You don't know how much pain you just released from my heart just by showing up" Jeongyeon then released the hug instead, and looked into my eyes.

"Jeongyeon ah.....you're the most important person in my life, and even if I got stabbed a thousand times, I would still save you; cause you own the most worthful thing in the world. My heart"

I leaned closer to her, and connected our foreheads.

Jeongyeon smiled.

"Momo ya......" she said slowly.

"I love you"

I then closed the gap between us.

'I've missed this feeling of love that I was longing for since we broke up. I've missed feeling my heart beating fast just by looking at Jeongyeon's eyes. I've really missed her'

Jeongyeon cupped my face while kissing me, and I wrapped my arms around her neck. How I've missed kissing her.

We then broke the kiss and laid down on our bed. I was on top of her, and looking deeply into her eyes. She smiled at me.

"Ever since you left, this bed felt really lonely. I missed sleeping beside you every night, cause everytime you held my hand while sleeping, all my painful nightmares faded away because of you" Jeongyeon caressed my cheek.

I blushed.

"Jeongyeon ah" I leaned closer.

"My heart felt like a half piece all this time I was unconscious. But it was longing for one thing; and that thing was the other half which you just gave me. You make my heart complete"

She chuckled and gave me a peck on my lips. I grinned.

"Thanks for coming back Moguri" she stroked my hair.

I laughed.

"How can I not come back?"

"I love you"

We both smiled looking at each other until we heard a loud growling sound.

"Did you hear that?" I looked confusingly at Jeongyeon.

"Sorry" She avoided my eyes.

"Don't tell me you haven't eaten yet?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"um, I think I haven't eaten for two days now" she looked away ashamed of herself.

"Pabo ya! I didn't tell you to starve because of me. Now come with me, you need to eat some food" I took her arm and dragged her all the way down to the kitchen.
