I got ahold of myself, sniffling lightly as I grabbed my phone, quickly calling Lucky.

"Hey Sierra, what's up?"

"We need to save Chase."

"Wait- What? What do you mean 'save Chase'?"
"It's a long story. Come to my place." I hear her sigh, but she says okay, I hang up and chew on my lip. I make my way into my room and I start pulling out drawers and throw my clothes in search of something, anything that will tell me where he is. Finding nothing I begin to breathe heavily, a sign that I am about to cry. I hear the door unlock and I rush over seeing Lucky, and a boy. He had brown hair, and dark green eyes. He seemed familiar. He was tall and he wore an olive green shirt with jeans.

"Adam?"

He smiles as if he's embarrassed and pushes this hair from his face with his hand,

"Hey, Sierra." I look from Lucky to Adam,

"Lucky Lad?" I question Lucky, she doesn't even need to answer, her cheeks reddened and I snapped back to the problem. "Look Adam, you have to go. Lucky and I are, well.... busy." Lucky chuckles awkwardly and whispers to me,

"I kind of... may have... told him."

"YOU WHAT?!"

"He wouldn't tell anybody! Maybe he can help us, 'save Chase' whatever that means." My eyes darken, but I sigh and let them in.

"Okay. Chase was taken.. By James."

"Huh?" Lucky and Adam said at the same time.

"James was just a disguise for an angel, the angel goes by the name Maldonious." I finish telling them all the details. Adam is lost in thought and Lucky had gone pale in the face.

"We need to save him. He did nothing wrong." I mumble, my heart ached for Chase.

"You said that angels aren't allowed in Hell and demons aren't allowed in Heaven, right? So maybe they are still close-by." said Adam. I nodded, it makes sense.

"You haven't known Chase for five months. That means James, or whatever the hell his name is, went back on his word." added Lucky, wearing a frown.

"The only thing I can think of doing is looking for him, like you would look for your lost dog." I cover my face with my hands, clearly exhausted. Lucky looks down at her phone,

"Chase had his phone on him right?" I nod slowly, not understanding where she's going with this. "You and him share a tracking thing on your phones to see where you guys are. You can use it to see where he is." I'm silent, letting her words sink in. I finally put the puzzle together and I jump up.

"LUCKY! YOU ARE A GENIUS!" I hug her tight and pull away, grabbing my phone from my back pocket. I type in my code and go onto my app that shows where my phone is and where Chase's phone is, I silently thank Lucky for telling me to get him a phone as soon as she found out he was a demon. She's my Lucky charm. I can't fight my smile when I see that he's somewhere close. "Look!" I show the phone to Adam and Lucky.

"There's still one thing though," says Adam, his dark eyes digging into mine, his hair in his face. He was kind of pretty. It's weird.

"What?" I said, tilting my head in confusion,

"How do you fight an angel?" he questioned.

"Oh, well... I don't think we will need to." I said awkwardly; would we really need to fight Maldonious?

"Lucky still has that dust stuff, righ-" I quickly cut in,

"No." Lucky looks over at me and joins my side,

"Sierra is right, I don't want to control Chase. I should save it till it's 'a last option' kind of situation." Adam's face was hardened he clearly didn't like it, but it was hard to read his face. At last, he nodded understanding why we shouldn't use the dust.

"Alright. Well, we should at least get something to protect ourselves just in case." he says.

"Fair enough, but let's hurry. Okay?"

I start to look around with Lucky in my room, what are we supposed to look for?

"I don't know if it will work, but maybe they have something in a church?" Lucky and I look to Adam as he spoke, it was the only lead we had. I nod and we get ready to go, I just hoped that Jace was okay.
