Rory looks at me after the movie ends, starting to say something but then she quickly stops. "What is it?" I ask and look back at her. "It's a stupid question..." She sighs softly and bites her lip.

"Tell me" I giggle and start to tickle her. "I was gonna ask if you wanted to go swimming" She giggles and squirms, grabbing my hands. I stop and think about it for a second "I haven't gone swimming since I was six" I bite my lip.

"Do you want to? I could hold you, or whatever you needed..." Rory says and looks at me. "I would love that" I say and smile, looking back at her. "Awesome" She smiles "I think I have an old swimsuit you can wear" She says and jumps up, going over to her dresser.

I giggle softly when she jumps up and I smile, watching her. "And even better, it's black" Rory turns around and smiles, holding a black one piece swimsuit. "Perfect" I say and smile, sitting back up.

"You change, and I will be right back" Rory tosses the swimsuit at me before grabbing her bikini and going into the bathroom to change. I giggle and shake my head, changing into the black one piece.

"You look great" Rory says and I look up with a slight blush. "Thank you" I smile and bite my lip, looking up at her. "You're welcome" She smiles and sits next to me, grabbing my hand.

I smile and hold her hand, looking at her. Rory smiles and looks back at me, kissing my cheek. I smile and start to turn my head, but of course, my phone starts vibrating.

"Again?" Rory sighs this time and flops back on the bed. "Sorry" I giggle softly and answer my phone "Yes Ben?" I ask, flopping down next to Rory. "Did I interrupt something again?" Ben asks, laughing.

I give Rory my phone and she gladly takes it. "Dude, you are seriously a lady-block" Rory says and sighs dramatically. "Lady-block? Clever. And I am going to hang up now" Ben says and laughs, hanging up.

"That was amazing" I say and giggle, looking at Rory. "Thank you" She says and smiles, looking back at me. "Well, let's go swimming" I smile and sit back up, grabbing her hand.

"Good idea" Rory says and gets up, picking me up. I giggle and wrap my arms around her neck, holding onto her. She smiles and carries me out to the pool in the backyard.

"Shall we walk in, or dive in, madam?" Rory asks, smiling at me. "Definitely dive in" I say and smile, looking back at her. She tightens her arms around me and smiles "3, 2, 1..." She says and jumps into the pool with me in her arms.

We go underwater for a few seconds and I start coughing when we come back up. "You okay?" Rory asks and looks at me, gently dropping my legs so she can just hold my waist.

"Yeah. I'm okay" I giggle softly and smile, holding onto her. "Good" Rory smiles and softly runs her fingers through my hair, looking at me. "Thank you" I say and smile, looking back at her.

"For what?" She asks and smiles back. "For this, and for helping me get ready for school yesterday, for walking me home, everyday, and being so sweet to me. I know that we have only known each other for a few days, but I feel like I have known you my whole life" I say and smile, kissing her cheek.

"You are very welcome. And I feel the same way" Rory smiles and kisses my cheek back, playing with my hair. I giggle softly and lay my head on her shoulder as we float around the pool.

"We should probably go inside. It's getting kind of dark" Rory says and looks at me. "Yeah" I smile and nod, looking back at her. She smiles and picks me back up, carrying me inside.

***45 minutes later***

We both take showers and then get dressed, sitting on the couch. "By the way, the fact that you invited me to stay over on the weekend that your parents are conveniently out of town, is a little suspicious" I say and look at Rory, smirking.

"I swear, I didn't know they were going out of town!" Rory says and giggles, looking back at me. "Sure you didn't" I say and giggle, laying my head on her shoulder.

She smiles and wraps her arm around my waist, turning on my favorite movie; "Save the Last Dance". "Awe. How did you know?" I ask and smile. "The only poster you have in your room is for this movie" Rory says and smiles back.
