"I'm taking that as a promise, my dear," he told her, smiling widely at her.
"A promise for what?" Ellie asked curiously and got up, holding her hand out for him.
Brian pulled himself up and pecked her lips. "That we'll get carried away after I played the gig.."
Ellie chuckled and shrugged. "We will see. First things first. What are you going to wear tonight?"
"You'd like to see that, wouldn't you?" He teased, going over to his closet. "I don't actually know what I'll be wearing on stage, that's Freddie's department. I'd bet whatever I choose he wouldn't be happy with it anyway."
"Alright," Ellie told him, laughing softly. "I'm still curious about that. What are you going to wear off stage then?"
"What are you going to wear?" He countered, smiling widely at her.
"This," Ellie replied, gesturing down her body. "Is it not fancy enough?"
"Oh, no, it's fine, you look great, you always look great. I haven't actually taken the time to look at your clothes properly, you look really good..." He trailed off, letting his eyes wander over her body.
Ellie just stood there, slowly turning on the spot, a smile growing on her face. "I do? So the clothes are approved?"
"Yes, definitely. Honestly, you look great in anything, Ellie. Really." He walked the few steps to her and reached for her hand, once again looking her up and down. "I have the most gorgeous woman the world has ever seen as my girlfriend.."
"You are so adorable.." She reached for his other hand too and stood on her tiptoes to kiss him softly. "I'm glad you like how I look, because that's all that matters."
"You are the one who is adorable." Brian smiled widely and kissed her forehead softly. "Now, I think I really should get dressed... Will you judge me if I just pick something quickly?"
"No, not at all, because whether you believe it or not, you look great in anything too." She smiled widely at him. "Pick something you feel comfortable in. I'm going to redo my makeup a little, okay?" Probably that wasn't even necessary, but she wanted to give him a bit of privacy to get changed. Not that it was necessary, after all they had spent the nights together almost every night and he had been only in his underwear, but somehow it felt right to her.
"Okay..." He smiled and pecked her lips again before he went back to looking through his closet.
Ellie watched him with a smile for a moment before she went to her bag to get her makeup and then she went into the bathroom. When she was putting the finishing touches on her look, she could see Brian appear in the doorway of his bathroom. She turned her head and glanced at him with a smile, turning to look at him properly. "You look really good.."
"So do you, Ellie. I didn't think it would be possible, but somehow you look even better. Or maybe it's just because I haven't seen you in a few minutes." He smiled at her and stood beside her. "I'm glad you don't overdo it with the make-up. You don't need that."
"I need a little because otherwise I'd look like a zombie.."
Brian chuckled a little and kissed her cheek. "Don't be silly, you look beautiful in the mornings. I've seen you. Remember?"
"Yeah and that's how I know you're serious about liking me." Ellie glanced at him with a smile. "You know I don't put on a lot of make up normally. Just for stuff like this. And you can't say that it makes me look bad."
"No.. No it doesn't. I think it's impossible for you to look bad." He smiled at her and wrapped his arm around her. "Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah, I think so. Are you?" She looked at him and gently caressed his cheek.
