Beginning Of Something Great

We went to Olive Garden that night for supper. It was so good. I haven't had a proper meal like that in Lord knows how long. Caroline and Luke told me that night we would go shopping the next day, so I got up earlier than I would prefer this morning.

I immediately go to my shower after leaving my warm and cozy bed, change back into my clothes since Caroline let me borrow a pair of her pajamas last night, and brush my hair as well as teeth. I then proceed to the kitchen to find Caroline fixing the boys breakfast. "Morning baby girl," says Luke walking in behind me. "Morning," I reply. "Cheyenne, I'm fixing Bobo and Taterbug pancakes. Do you want some too or do you want something else?" "Pancakes sound good!" She grabs a frying pan, and puts it on the burner. "Then pancakes it is!!" I sit down at the table, and watch as Luke follows suit. "So tell me, what your favorite brands or stores are," he says. "Well, I really love Under Armor, Aeropostale, Rue 21, and Hollister." "Did ya know I like Under Armor too?" he asks raising his eyebrows up and down, goofing around. I laugh at this,"As a matter of fact, I do. You're kinda the reason I started buying stuff from that brand." "Well I love Under Armor, and it doesn't matter where you found the brand through, as long as ya found it. 😉😂 I laugh. "So Jordan and Kris, your cousins, are coming over to watch these crazy boys. So once ya eat, we'll head on out."

They arrive at the house in about thirty minutes. Luke introduces me as "his daughter" which makes me real happy. We then head out in his big black jacked up truck. We go to Cabela's, Rue 21, Hollister, Aeropostale, and Boot Barn. After all that, Luke, Caroline, and I go get something to eat at this small BBQ place. "So you like all your new stuff?" I look back at Luke, "I sure do, and thank y'all so much." "No problem baby girl, and we still have one more stop," Caroline says. "Where?" "The Apple Store," Luke cuts in. "Luke and I thought a phone might come in handy to keep up with us." "Oh my gosh, y'all are the best!" "Only the best for our daughter."

We finish our food, and go to get my new iPhone. Then we proceed home only to find BoBo and Taterbug asleep already. We tell Jordan and Kris goodbye, and they go on home. I go upstairs to get ready for bed. I put on my new pajamas, brush my teeth, turn on the TV, and curl up in bed. It's a smart TV so it has Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu. So I can watch basically whatever. I decide to watch "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo", because it's one of my favorite shows of all time. It starts playing just when there's a knock on the door. "Come in," I say trying not to wake the boys in the other bedrooms. Luke and Caroline both walk in. "Is it ok if we come snuggle with ya?" they ask. I smile,"Of course, come lay down beside me." They both lay on each side of me. "Whatcha watching?" Luke asks me. "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." "Haha, Luke and I love this show," Caroline cuts in. "Me too. By the way, I had fun today." "We did too baby girl. We love you." Luke tells me. "I love you too Mama and Daddy."

OH GOD. I called them Mama and Daddy. Why did I do that? It was probably inappropriate at this time. It's too early to be calling them that, for all I know they may never want me to call them that. My face must be getting red and visible, even in the dark, because Luke and Caroline look kinda of alarmed. I just wanna slip down under the covers.

"Aww, don't be embarrassed. It's alright if ya wanna call us Mama and Daddy. I'd be honored to be your daddy. Call us whatever, we love you," Luke says. "Your daddy is right," Caroline agrees. "Really?" "Absolutely," they both say at the same time. "I love you Mama and Daddy." They both hug and kiss me, then they head to their bedroom. I turn off the TV, and fall asleep.
