into the future

Dear journal,

Here I am, it's my twenty first birthday, and I'm sitting at my house, waiting for my bestfriend Bliss to arrive. No excitement. No party. And most definitely not any happiness.

Why?

Because it's his birthday too, and lord knows he made it pretty clear that he didn't want me in his life at all.

And, after a while even Calum stopped talking to me.

The one person I thought I could count on, out of the band, to keep contact with me.

But that's okay, because as far as I'm concerned, they're perfectly happy without me.

And god knows I've ruined their happiness many times.

So we're even now, I guess.
