The Problems

I get dressed and walk to Cameron's house. I get to his door and I knock on it. He opens it. "Hey Mads what's up?" He asked. "Im having problems with Shawn and I didn't know who else to come to. He's your best friend maybe you can give me some advice?" I asked. "Yeah sure of course Madison." He said and let me in. We took a seat on his couch. I explained to him everything I've been feeling. "I don't know what to say. I'm so sorry Madison." He said. "It's fine it's my fault anyway." I said. "I'm going to go now. Thanks for the talk." I said and gave him a hug. I walked out the door and went home.

I got home and layed on my bed. I fell asleep.

🌒 2 weeks later 🌒

I get home from visiting my family and I walk inside. I open the door and see Shawn standing in a tux in the center if the living room. "Shawn? What are you doing here?" I asked giving him a hug. "I'm sorry for what I said. Madison I didn't mean it." He said. "It's fine Shawn. Why are you so dressed up?" I asked. He had a remote in his hand and he pressed a button. Music started playing. "Shawn what's this about?" I asked. My pulse started racing. He came closer to me and he put his hands on my hips. I wrap my hands around his neck. "What's this for Shawn?" I asked. "Just dance." He said. I smiled and rested my head on his chest. The song ended and he places a crown on our heads. "Shawn what are you doing?" I asked. "Just go with it." He said. "Ok?" I said. He pulled me to a different place and he ripped off his top layer of clothes. I laughed. "There was more?" I asked with a big smile on me face. "There always is." He said. I laughed. Another song played and we danced again. Cameron came out of no where and walked into the room. "The prom king and queen is Madison Hills and Shawn Mendes." He said. Shawn pulled us to where Cameron was. "Prom?" I asked confused. "Just take off your crown and put this one on." He said. He put a king crown on and I put the queen one on. "Shawn what's going on?" I ask. "Now time for the spotlight dance." Said Cameron. Shawn pulled me back to where we were before. We slow danced and a light was shining on us. The song ended and Shawn took me to my room. I saw Ariana there. He goes out the door. Ariana blind folds me and I feel her putting something on my body and my head. After that Shawn comes back in the room and carefully takes me outside. He sits me down in a chair and I hear people talking. He takes the blindfold off and I see a bunch of people sitting around us. "Uh Shawn what's going on?" I ask. "Shh they're about to talk." He says. Just then I see our principal walk onto the grass. He starts talking. After a while they call my name and I walk up. When I get there I see how everyone is dressed. I smile and tears of happiness fill in my eyes. I get the paper from him and give him a hug then I walk back down to where I was sitting. After a while it ends and I see Shawn. "Shawn I love you so much. I finally see what you were doing. Thank you, so much." I say and give him a kiss. "Dont mention it." He says. "No Shawn you are the best boyfriend I can ask for. You gave me my senior experience that I missed. Shawn you're the best." I say and give him a hug. "You're welcome." He says. He gives me a kiss. "There's just one thing I couldn't pull off." He said. "What was that?" I asked. "I couldn't get you into a college." He said. "Shawn after all this you didn't even have to try." I said. "No I did I hurt you and I made a promise to me and your brothers that I wouldn't and I did I had to do this to make it up to you." He said. "No Shawn you didn't have to do this. Thank you so much." I said. I put my hands in his neck and pull him in a kiss. He places his hands on my waist and pulls me closer in. "Ok ok you two lovebirds that's enough." Said Cameron pulling us apart. Shawn and I smiled at eachother. Everyone left except Shawn. "Madison come with me I want to show you something." Said Shawn. "Show me what?" I asked. "Come and find out." He said holding his hand out. I took it and he pulled me to his car. "Where are we going?" I asked. "Wait till we get there." He said. "Ok." I said.

We arrived to the place. Shawn came around and opened the door for me. He pulled to a quiet little spot. "Shawn this is beautiful." I said looking into the view. "It sure is quite a view." He said looking at me. I looked at him and smiled. "I love you." I said. "I love you to." He said. We sat down and watched the sunset. After that we went back to my house. We got out of the car and stood at the door frame. "When do you go back to school?" I asked. "Uh tonight." He said. "Oh." I said. "Madison I got to go. I can't miss my flight." He said. "Yeah I understand." I said. "I'll call you when I get there." He said. "Ok Shawn I love you." I said. "I love you to." He said and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Then he left. I guess it's back to before now. I shut the door after I go back inside. I lay down and fall asleep.

Shawn's pov: I get to the college and the first thing I do is call Madison. "Hey babe." I say when she answers the facetime. "Hi baby." She says with a smile on her face. "I know you just called but you should get some sleep. You have class tomorrow." She said. "Ok. I love you Mads." I said. "Love you to." I said and hung up. I fall asleep.

🌒 2 months later 🌒

"Hey Shawn what's new?" Asked Madison during the facetime call. "I got invited to a party." I said. "That's good babe when is it?" She asked. "In a bit. I'm getting ready right now." I said. She smiled. "Why are you smiling?" I asked. "I don't know." She said. We talked for a while. "Ok Shawn I'll let you go to the party now. Bye shawn love you." She said. "Bye love you to." I said. We hung up and I went to the party.

I got there and I saw my friends. I walked up to them and we hung out. We had a drinking contest.

After a while I got so drunk. "Hey Shawn." Said Harley. "Hi Madison" I said. She didnt hear that and grabbed my hand. I kissed her. "Lets go to my room." She said. I smirked and she pulled me into a room. I continued to kiss her. I lifted her up and threw her on the bed. I life my shirt over my head then hers. After we finished we fell asleep.

The next morning I woke up and I had no idea what happened last night. I felt arms come around me. I turned over and saw Harley in bed with me. In nothing. Fuck what did I just do?
