Burglars

"Madison what are you doing?" He asks. "I couldn't let anything happen to you." I said. "Madison I can't let anything happen to you. You need to leave." Said Shawn. "She's not going anywhere." Said one of the robbers. He walked up to me. I saw a gun in his hand. He moved a strand of hair behind my ear. He looked at me. "I can see why he cares about you so much" He says. He snaps his fingers. "Take her to the back." He says. Two of the men grab my arm and pull me to the back. "Madison!" Yells Shawn. "Don't you dare lay a finger on her." He says stepping up to one of the guys. "You don't get to decide that." He said. "Don't worry Shawn I'll be fine." I said with a shaky voice.

I'm in the room alone for a while until the door swings open and Shawn gets thrown in. Shawn turns to me.  "Are you ok?" He asks putting his hands on my face. I nod. "We're going to get out of here ok?" He says. "Shawn why aren't the cops here yet?" I ask. "They're outside but they're is more of the burglars then the cops so they are standing ground outside." He says. "How are we going to get out?" I ask in fear. "Don't worry we'll find a way." He says. The door swings open and one of the guys comes in. "So Madison was it?" He asks. I stay still for a while then nod. "Beautiful name." He says. "I wonder how beautiful you'll get." He said. "How about we find out?" He says. He takes off my coat. Shawn punches him and he falls to the floor I step back. "I said don't touch her." Shawn says. Shawn turns to me and smashes his lips on mine. "We're getting out of here now!" He says. He grabs my arm and punches the vent. A square pops off. "We're going to crawl out ok." He says. "Shawn I'm scared." I say. "Do you trust me?" He asks. I nod. "Then don't be scared." He says. "Ok." I say. He lifts me up and I get in the vent. Shawn jumps in after me. "Go foward then turn right." He said. I follow his instructions and do that. I crawl and I meet an intersection. "Which way Shawn?" I ask. He stays quiet. "Where are they!" Yells one of the burglars. "SHAWN!" He looks at me. "Which way?" I ask. He moves closer to me and places his lips on mine. "Go any way." He says. He starts backing up. "Shawn where are you going?" I ask. "I'm going to distract them." "Shawn they don't know where we are we're fine. We can't go back. We have to move foward." I said. He nods. "Which way?" "Left." He says. He continues to tell me the directions and I follow them. We get to the roof. "Shawn what do we do now?" I ask looking off the roof. The roof door swings open. "Hey you!" Yells one of the burglars. "I found them." He yells. Soon a bunch of them come up to the roof. "Shawn." I say in a scared voice. "Jump." He says. The next thing I know he jumps off the roof. "Madison come on hurry!" He yells after me. The guys take steps towards me. I walk closer to the edge with each step taken. Soon I back up onto the railing. "Get her." One of them yells. I climb on the railing and jump off. I fall into Shawn's arms. He falls to the floor. "See Mads wade it." He says. I smile at him. I place my lips on his. We pull apart and smile at eachother. We walk towards the cops and see they got backup already. They charge in and get the burglars. We watch them put them in the back of their cars and drive off. Shawn and I walk to his car and get in. "Where to next?" He asks. "Home." I say. We drive to my house and he walks me to the door. "Thanks for everything Shawn." "Don't mention it." He says. I smile. "Do you want to come in?" I ask. "Yeah sure." He says. I open the door to see...
