You and Colby were getting ready for dinner with your parents, he was finally going to meet them, he was very nervous but you knew your parents would love him just as much as you.
You get dress in a red knee length and small heels and Colby put on smart trousers and a black shirt, you grabbed your keys and made your way to your parents, you pull up outside and you could see that Colby was nervous , you grab his hand and give him a sweet smile.
"Colby, there's nothing to be nervous about, they are going to love you" you reassure him
"I hope so I don't want them to think that their daughter is going out with a disappointment" he smiles weakly
You lift his chin with your fingers and lock eyes
"Hey your not a disappointment, your very successful with many fans who love and adore you just like me okay, don't ever doubt yourself" you tell him confidently
He smiles and nods and gets out the car, you get out and take his hand and walk to the front door, your mother opens the door and smiles at you both.
"Y/N aww hunny I've missed you welcome home, this must be Colby I hear all about" she smiles hugging you both.
She moves to the side to let you both in and stand there is your father
"Hello daddy" you smile while hugging your father
"Hello Y/N welcome home, I hope the journey was okay?" He hugged you tightly
"It was fine, dad this is Colby" you smile turning and gesturing to Colby
"Hello Colby nice to meet you at last" your father smile holding out his hand for a hand shake
Colby shakes your father hand
"Nice to meet you Mr Y/L/N" he smiles nervously
"Please call me Y/F/N, nice strong hand shake you got there son" he smiles warmly at Colby
Your could see Colby look less nervous and smile at you, you all sit down for dinner and chat amounts yourselves
"So Colby what do you do for a job?" Your mother asks and you father looks up
"I'm a YouTuber, me and my best friend sam make funny video for all our fans" he smiles nervously
" sound interesting do you have many fans ?" You father asks
"Yes sir around a few hundred thousand" he tells them
"It's a modern world out there and I think your very brave and confident to do things like that well done" your father tells him
You mother smile and u look over at Colby and both smile at each other
"Thank you sir that really means a lot coming from you"Colby tells him
You father nods you all finish your dinner and it was too leave , you all said your good byes and your mother pulls you into a hug and whispers to you that Colby was a keeper.
The ride home, you had a massive smile on your face, you make your way into the apartment
"So my father likes you very much that's always a good thing" you smile while wrapping your arms around Colby neck
"It's even better I am in love with his daughter" he leans in and kisses you
"I'm in love with you too" you kiss again and spend the rest of the night cuddle up on the couch watching your favourite movie.
Guys I am sooooo sorry it's been so long, I have been so busy, I'll be on here hopefully a bit more now
