It's been a week since I featured on Impractical Jokers. I can say it was the best day of my life.

I miss it.

For the past week I had binge watched all 6 seasons. The episodes then made me understand all the inside jokes they shared whilst I was around. Like 'up your ass and to the left' and 'let's get sexy.'

I miss it.

Me and Casey had swapped information, so that if they were ever back in town they could call me.

I missed it.

But they had gone. They were probably so busy that they didn't have time to call a loner waitress.

----

"Have you got it?" My friend, Emily, burst through my door.

"Got what?" I asked, "didn't I lock that door?"

She was prone to coming to my house at any moment.

"The poster, duh," she stated, "where is it?"

I wanted it.

"Oh," I hesitated, "it's on my desk."

The poster sal drew was behind my dresser. That was mine.

Emily sprinted upstairs, and barged back down with an exuberant expression.

"It's amazing," she squealed, "thank you!"

"Well, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have met them."

Or appeared on the show.

"What were the like?"

"Nice, I talked to them a bit. They're really funny."

She snorted. "If they weren't they wouldn't have a show."

"They make stand up comedians seem boring."

"They make an escaped lion seem boring," Emily corrected me.

I hummed and made us both a drink.

"Hey, Olivia?" She called out.

"Just a second."

With tea in both hands, I manuvered around the furniture until I reached her on the sofa.

"What?" I asked, sitting with my legs crossed across the sofa.

"I have two tickets to their show next month!"

"No way!"

"They're not exactly front row... but they're only 50 metres from the stage! We'll be a bit higher than them, but it's still good!"

"It sounds amazing."

"It sold out in 5 hours. How amazing is it?"

"It's great," I mumbled. But I couldn't get them out of my head.

"Wait, what about Sam?" Emily asked.

"Oh," I paused, "I... i found him with another girl yesterday." Tears welled up in my eyes. "I don't know what to do about it."

"Oh my god!" Her eyes grew wide, "tell him obviously! Tell him what a cheat he is!"

"I'm no good at confrontation!"

"Don't worry. It will all be fine, and if not, you have the Impractical Jokers to look forward to. Just think about them. Maybe they'll remember you!"

"Yeah, I could tell Casey we'll be there!"

"You got Casey Jost's number?" She squawked.

"Yeah," I laughed, "for emergencies. Like when they're next in town."

"I'll call him now," I dialled on my phone, "Maybe we can get backstage."
