"Can you be here around six?" I ask hopefully as I attempt to pull my boots on my feet, balancing on one leg with my phone. Josh chuckles as he walks in the room making me shoot him an annoyed glare.

"I think I can handle that" Auggie laughs. "Maya relax, you act like I've never babysat before." I sigh, running my fingers through my hair.

"I know you have" I argue, "but I'm allowing you to bring Ava against my better judgement" I add as I stand up, ready to go.

"We're going to do an amazing time and you are going to be blown away" he insists making me roll my eyes.

"Yea okay" I chuckle. "See you soon Aug" I add as we hang up. I put my phone down and go into the bathroom to check myself out in the mirror. I feel someone's hands wrap around my waist and a smile pulls at my lips as I look up into the mirror and lock eyes with Josh. "Hello" I smile.

"Relax" he insists, kissing my neck. "Auggie is going to watch Emma, we're going to have a nice dinner and go shopping for her Christmas presents" he says as he trails kisses over my shoulders. "And maybe when we get home I'll let you unwrap me" he whispers causing goosebumps to rise on my skin. "Would you like that?" he asks, his voice low and husky making my body wake up.

"Yes" I whimper making him chuckle as he grabs the button on my jeans.

"How much would you like that?" he asks as he slips his hand down the front of my panties. My mouth drops open as he palms me.

"Oh god" I moan as he presses against me.

"It seems you'd really like that" he smirks making me moan as he strokes me over my panties. My eyes flutter shut as I clutch the counter tightly. "Too bad you'll have to wait" he whispers as he removes his hand making me gasp at the sudden loss of pressure. He smirks as he leaves the room, leaving me panting and wanting. I turn on the sink and throw cold water on my face, bringing myself back before walking into the bedroom.

"That was evil."

"Thank you" he smirks as Emma wanders into the room.

"Someone is knocking" she informs us. Josh and I share a look and walk into the living room. I pull open the door and Auggie and Ava are standing on the other side.

"Auggie" Emma exclaims as she runs up to him.

"Hey kid" he smiles as he kneels down to pull my daughter in for a hug. "You've gotten really tall" he chuckles as he walks in with Ava on his heels. "I mean seriously, you've grown like three inches since Thanksgiving."

"You're just jealous because you stopped growing like four years ago" Josh taunts his nephew making him roll his eyes.

"Whatever. I still have the hottest girl in school" he smirks as he throws his arm around Ava's shoulders.

"Only because you got her when you were five" Josh laughs as he grabs my coat and helps me put it on. "I mean it was smart. Make her fall in love while you're still cute" he teases.

"F off" Auggie insists making Josh laugh as I reach for my purse. "How late are you both gonna be out?" he asks curiously as Emma drags Ava off to her room to show her something.

"Probably around ten" Josh shrugs. "Ems should go down around eight."

"Okay" Auggie nods. "Anything I need to know?"

"She already had dinner" I explain. "But she likes to have milk before bed. Her milk is in her sippy cup in the fridge on the second shelf. She has to have Lambie so if she can't find her she will not go to sleep. As long as she has Lambie and her milk she shouldn't be a problem."
