Hermione, and Draco left the scene, and soon after heard the horrified  Screams of young Potter, and Malfoy stumbling upon lord Voldemort, drinking the life out of a rare majestic unicorn. Draco led the way back to Hogwarts on memory alone, as he forced himself to block out the screams of Terror from his younger, past self. The pair both Held there wands extended out in front of them, ready for a attack.

Hermione watched Draco's demeanor as they walked. His usual arrogant stance was replaced by something  more serious.  She could tell by his narrowed blue eyes, and clenched jaw, that the commotion they had just left behind was enough to make him faze out everything, including his ever annoyed hatred towards her. She had come to the understanding that Lord Voldemort had a unexplained obsession with Malfoy. To her, it was confirmed last year on the Hogwarts battlefield, when after some coursing from his parents, he joined them. The Lord had pulled him into the most awkward hug she had ever witnessed.

In their own timeline, it were peaceful. Hogwarts long dreaded enemy was finally vanquished by Harry himself, or at least that's what the history books would write no doubt.   Regardless, For the first time Hogwarts could remember it were peaceful. Even to Draco, who much to unpopular opinion, wanted nothing to do with the war that he had been cast into. As a child he had naturally followed his father's footsteps, not knowing any better. Once he had grown, he become as what most would call a "egotistical brat" which was very much true, but unlike most Slytherins, Draco never actually wanted to hurt anyone.

Hermione shivered from the chilly night air as they walked in silence. She wondered what on Earth they were going to do once they made it back to Hogwarts.

Hermione knew they were thrown back to their first year of school, but For what purpose? She didn't know. Her first year had always held a special place in Hermiones heart. After all, it was the year that she met Harry, and Ron. Remembering back to her first train ride to Hogwarts, she realized that she might have been a little overbearing for the boys when they first met. They probably figured she was a smarty, Goody Two-Shoe. That however all changed when she took down the Troll, and proved that she was more then just the average dimwitted school girl. The three of them soon became close as they accidentally found out that the potions master, Severus Snape, seemed to be plotting  to steal something that they found to be guarded by a three-headed dog. (That she now knew as Fluffy)  Since nobody would believe that some first years could have found out such important things that would incriminate a Hogwarts teacher, they took it on themselves to find out what Snape was up to. Their quest for the truth led across many obstacles, from keeping up the everyday school life, a bewitched Quidditch match, and of course dealing with the young, blonde, bully that tormented them throughout the entire year, and still to this day as He stood beside her, a full grown man.

"What are we going to do?" She asked Malfoy, tired of the silence and in need of a suitable plan once they arrived.

The redheaded mess beside him had  snapped Draco from his thoughts with her sudden question. He had to glance at Granger to make sure that she were actually addressing him. Her large brown eyes locked on his, awaiting his answer.  He noticed her arms were crossed, hands rubbing her shoulders to keep warm. He hadn't even noticed that it were cold? But then again he always sported the most fashionable, newly released suits. All of which had long sleeves, or a jacket.  Showing his arms is something that Draco rarely did. He found it inproper for a Wizard of his stature. For the slightest of moments however, he actually debated on taking off his long sleeved student rob, and placing it on the shaking girl beside him. He then remembered exactly who it was, Granger of all girls, and wondered why he would even think such ridiculous things. 'Let her shiver' he thought to himself coldly, as he let the idea vanish. "Plan?" He adressed her question. "That's your job Granger," he said lazily as he took his eyes off of her, to the trail ahead. "Hero and all." He mocked, as if it were frowned upon.

She wanted to punch him in the face like she had In her third year. The way he ran away from her, holding his bleeding noise, screaming. To this day filled her with joy. "Fine." She picked up her speed, wanting to get back to her current time, and away from Malfoy as soon as possible. "I guess I'll find my own way home, and you yours." She smiled knowingly, that there is no way in merlin he could ever get back without her help.

His focus shot right back to her in  surprise. 'She wouldn't' he thought, reassuring himself that the 'Hero' in her could never even dream such a thing. She however wore the biggest smile plastered on her face, as she quickened her pace even more. The spark of revenge showed in her eyes, as she didn't even shoot him a glance.
As much as Draco loved his pride, he cherished his life even more. Under no circumstances would he ever want to be left behind to relive the last seven years of his life. He let out a ragged breath that didn't go unnoticed to Hermione. "Fine" he regrettably spoke. "Besides, You would only get  yourself killed out here alone." He said, though he knew from experience that she were more then capable.

She laughed to herself, seeing right though his agenda.

"Something funny Granger?" He spat as he hated being laughed at by anyone, let alone a mudblood.

Hermione held back a chuckle. Somethings never changed.  "If I didn't know any better Mafoy," she began, with amusement "I'd say you were scared" She repeated the young Harry's words. She watched him glare at her, much like the young Malfoy did to Potter.

"Me, Scared?" He defended.

Hermione through her head back in laughter, red curls flying everywhere, much like she always had when he made a fool of himself. He realized with annoyeice that she were only quoting the past Harry, and his own conversation. "Ever the comedian." He retorted bitterly.
