You're not doing anything bad, Rosé told herself as she laid on Tom's bed. She could tell from his even breathing that he was asleep. She's not a bad person for sleeping with him, it's not like they were having sex. She even made a pillow wall to make sure that he didn't touch her. It's like sharing a bed with Noah.
She was emotionally distraught and she knew damn well why. She's feeling loneliness even when she's surrounded by some of the most amazing people on the Earth. Maybe it's because her mind is deluding her into believing that she's being replaced by Camille.
But that's not true. Because no matter what she's still Tom's best friend, or at least one of them. Rosé remembered when she verbally threatened Harrison to let her be the first best friend or else she'd shave his head when he's sleeping. And to this day the two bickered to no ends which Tom loved, it made him felt wanted by the two.
You're not a homewrecker, Roseanne, you're not, she told herself. Rosé laid on her side with her back facing Tom, her hands clutching onto the pillow under her head. She clenched her eyes shut to ignore the loud thumping of her heart, how sweaty her hands are, or how she could feel his warmth. This is just your best friend. He doesn't like you, and you're not going to like him forever.
Tom was generous enough to let her use his charger since her phone had died on the way back to the hotel.
