Unknowingly Meeting His 'Other Half' - Clark Kent

Gun shots rang out and everyone in the room immediately started to shout, cry and cower as three men came into the bank wearing some weird masks. You were crouched down near the counter and a spike of fear ran up your spine. The men split up two went behind the counters and the other stayed in the same room as you and the other hostages.

The silent alarm must have triggered or someone managed to call them as you heard police sirens after a few moments, the attacker seemed to panic and look around to see who called the police. His eyes settled on the woman next as she slowly brought her hand out of her pocket. The masked man stormed towards and shot her in the head right next to you, he placed his hand in your hair and pulled you up.

"Anyone else try something funny and this little lady will end up just like her." His arm wrapped around your throat and the gun was pointed toward your temple.

A flash of red and blue zipped past you and you fell to the floor, the man gone. You looked around you and saw Superman standing over you with the thief grasping at the alien's hand that was currently around his own throat. The man passed out soon after and the hero dropped the body to the floor and shot a smile towards you. That smile looked vaguely familiar but choose not to dwell on it as you stood to help some of the other hostages out of the building.

You stood outside with the police and you watched on as gun shot could be heard from within the bank and the occasional laser blasting out the side. After a half hour Superman came walking out of the building with two armed men in his grasp unconscious.

The police ran over and place them in cuffs and into a car. Superman looked towards you again and looked like he was going to come over to you before deciding against it and flying off.
