*one and a half months later*

Well I was right; the past month and a half has been torture. Sure we Skype and call each other as often as possible but it’s just not the same. Liv has been here for the past week because she in now close to eight months pregnant and she just hates being alone. We both miss our boys, as do the rest of the girls. Emma also comes around often and so does El but Perrie has been with her Little Mix girls recording their second album. I’m so excited to hear it, I’m sure they will do an amazing job with it.

Today we have been getting ready for Olivia’s baby shower. We are having it at El’s house and we were just about to head over there. Olivia was wearing a black dress and denim vest with black boots, while I was wearing jeggings and a long white button up to with flats. I helped Olivia into my car and stuck the L plates on. Oh yeah Louis pulled a few strings and got me half a licence so I can drive with a licensed driver which is good enough for me right now. We pulled out the drive way and drove the short ten minutes to El’s house. I helped Liv out again which was a very amusing sight to be honest. We slowly walked to the door and knocked on it. I heard a few shushes and then the door creaked open. I greeted El and we walked down the hallway.

“Baby Shower!!!”

Everyone jumped up and shouted at us. We both smiled and Olivia just blushed and started hugging everyone.

Once we had all said our hellos, I left Liv to let everyone fawn over while I just walked around. I found Mum chatting with Perrie in the kitchen.

“Hi mum” I said giving her a hug and then hugging Perrie.

“Hi baby, how are you? How are you handling missing the boys?”

“Im good, and yeah I doing fine I guess. It was a bit hard at first but I’ve always got memories of them and we talk and skype all the time. Liv is staying with me too now so that helps too. I still miss them all like crazy though”

“Yeah you kind of get used to it I guess”

I was just about to respond when El called us all to open presents. When us three walked out Liv was sitting on the couch with a whole table of presents in front of her. There were big ones, small ones, round ones, square ones...every size and shape you could imagine. Liv, being Liv of course, chose the biggest one to open first. It was a baby bouncer and a musical rocker. As she slowly worked her way through all of the presents it shrank but it was replaced with heaps of clothes, bottles, nappies, dummies, toys and any other basics a baby needed. I still hadn’t added my present yet but that was the way I wanted it. Liv had realised I was holding something and gave me a look.

“Oh fine” I said giving in and handing it over.

She grabbed it from me and gave me a hug for thanks. She tore open the top of the envelope and emptied its contents into her hands. She unfolded the paper in side and her hand flew over her mouth.

“Are you serious?” She said, still open mouthed.

I simply just nodded at her.

“What is it?” El asked

Liv was too amazed to answer. She just got up and hugged me repeating thank you, over and over again.

“Its a trip to Australia. I thought you and Josh might enjoy it after Roo is born and I’m free to babysit” I explained to everyone.

I got various shouts of excitement and ‘oh my god you’re so lucky’.

After everyone had settled down about the trip, El and Em had directed us to go and play some games. We played a baby name game which I lost at, guess the size of Liv’s bump which I also lost and the third game, which was my favourite, the dummy spitting game. I have no idea why but I was good at it. It’s played like it sounds, you literally spit the dummy. Furthest dummy spit wins. And guess who won? Uh huh yours truly.

We had decided to leave when there were about 5 people left because Liv was tired and Roo was impatient. With the help of El, mum, Em, Perrie and me, we loaded all of the presents into the car. We hopped into the car and took a few detours. We stopped off at McDonalds mainly because I was hungry lol but also Liv wanted a McFlurry. We then went to Liv and Josh’s to drop the stuff of at their house before heading back to mine. We got out the car and I walked ahead to unlock the door. Then I went back to help Liv. Once inside we settled on the couch. I got up to get the remote when I heard a bang. Curious, I threw the remote at Olivia before heading down to investigate. I couldn’t see anything in the house, so I walked out into the backyard. After thirty seconds I had decided that it must have been in my head but then I heard Olivia’s blood curling scream from inside. I raced in slamming the door behind me. When I finally got to the lounge room, I could hear Olivia panting and she was in hysterics. I ran over to calm her.

“Liv, Liv, oi, calm down what’s going on?”

“Caitlin run”

“What? Why?”

Then I felt my body being pulled back by my hair as I was ripped off Olivia which caused her to scream.

“Stay there” A husky voice commanded her. I froze as soon as the person spoke. It couldn’t be. No.

“Hello Caitlin”

He found me. Jake found me.
