Chapter 16

*Caitlin’s POV*

The past few days have been perfect; they have been replacing memories of the past. Harry officially asked me out and Emma and Liam are still happy. They went to a carnival yesterday but she is here heaps when all of the boys are over which is good. Olivia has been a bit distracted the past few days like something is worrying her, but she won’t say anything to me and keeps insisting she is fine, I think Louis noticed as well. Anyway today is the 10th July which is our birthday! I am finally 18 and never have to go back. The public still don’t know me so I haven’t been found. I am in my bed it’s too cold to get out.  I hear the door open and Olivia creeps in. I move over and she crawls into the empty side of the bed.

“Happy Birthday sis” She says to me.

“Happy Birthday Liv” I say to her.

She looks down and she still looks tired.

“Hey Liv, are you alright? You seem distracted” I asked her and she looked at me.

“Yeah I’m fine just a little tired” She said. I knew that wasn’t the truth but she didn’t want to tell me yet. We laid there for about ten minutes when all the boys and Josh came in and yelled happy birthday to us. They came in with a few presents. Olivia and I sat up and Harry came round and gave me a kiss on the forehead as Josh did the same to Olivia. Louis decided to jump in the middle of me and Liv. Olivia and I looked at each other then started pinching Louis on his sides. He started wiggling everywhere, he hated it, it was his one weakness because it tickled.

“Fine I will sit up” He announced hoping we would stop.

Olivia and I sat up and the boys gave us out presents. Niall and Zayn gave us $200 each from each of them. Louis got us the new HTC One which looked pretty cool actually. Liam got me a laptop and got Olivia backstage passes to Paramore. She screamed when she got those. It scared me actually. Harry gave me a necklace with the Eiffel tower on it and he found me the best jumper ever. It is a grey-ish jumper with Sulley, Mike and Boo on it from Monsters Inc. I love that movie it is the best movie and jumper ever. Josh got Olivia a heart Locket with a picture of them and engraved on the other side was their names and the date they started going out and it had a fold out third space that was empty. She smiled at him and gave him a massive hug. I wonder what the third one is for. Louis gave us $150 worth of vouchers to Nandos, Wendy’s, The Pancake Kitchen and a whole bunch of other places. Liv and I just looked at each other with a mischievous smile.

“Now get ready we have breakfast downstairs and then we are taking you out so get dressed and dress very warm.” Liam said obviously making us get organised for the day. The boys all left and Olivia went back to her room to get dressed. I slowly stumbled over to my closet and pulled out some clothes and the new jumper Harry got me (http://www.polyvore.com/skating/set?id=87467174). When I finished I walked into Olivia’s room and she was wearing the top and the necklace Josh got her (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=87328108). She looked at me and smiled and for the first time this week it wasn’t fake. She must have sorted out whatever was bothering her. She held her arm out for me to grab and then holding hands we skipped down the stairs to the kitchen where the boys had made mountains of pancakes and I mean mountains. Niall had a stack in front of him. We thanked the boys and then grabbed our pancakes and Liam gave us bacon too.

Once we were done, we followed the boys to their cars and Olivia and I got in to Louis’ car with Louis, Harry and Josh. We spent the ride talking until Josh turned to us and gave us blindfolds. We looked at him and he just smiled.

“Come on you didn’t seriously think you would find out where we were going before you got there did you? Silly girls” He joked with us while Harry and Louis chuckled. Olivia and I sighed and wrapped the blindfolds around our heads.
