Erik POV
*Two Years Later*
"Lily! Erik!" I heard a frantic Meg Giry say as she sprinted through the front door interrupting a quiet afternoon of reading. I sighed knowing that the silence was ruined. Madame 'girl following her through the door calmly but smiling.
"What is it Meg?" I asked looking at her from my chair.
"Where's Lily?" She asked with the smile on her face growing larger.
"In the music room, writing I presume" I said pointing her to the room downstairs. Lily then came bursting out of the door in a pack of hearing Megs frantic voice,
"Is everything ok?" She asked looking worried but then saw the smile on Megs face. "What is it?" Lily asked smirking as if she knew what it could possibly be.
"I'm pregnant!" Meg shrieked. Lily ran to her and jumped up and down together as girls seemed to do when they got excited. It was a weird thing they all seemed to do. I did feel some sort of excitement for Meg. She wanted a child for so long, at one point thinking I was going to be the one to give it to her, she was wrong. Madame Giry looked happy as well to be having a grandchild soon.
"Oh Meg that's wonderful!" I said standing from my chair and placing my book down. "Who's the Father?" I said jokingly.
"Erik!"
"Father!" Lily and Madame Giry scolded me for my comment. Meg however just smirked at me, knowing i didn't mean it but it was only my darker humor.
"Steven. Noel's Father." She said beaming. They were not engaged yet but had been happily together for almost four years.
"Im so happy for you Aunt Meg!" Lily said hugging her again. Meg would be an excellent mother, she has had plenty of practice with Lil over the years. Seeing Meg this happy made me realize a part of me did wish that I could have more children but I don't think I could ever love someone as much as I loved Christine to have a child with them. I always admired beautiful woman but the ones who would approach me would always be the ones desperate just for one night. I wasn't a man of that nature.
After Madame and Meg had left the house Lily and I determined it would be a nice change to go out for dinner tonight. We decided on french food on the boardwalk where all the shops and restaurants were. Lily wore a beautiful red dress and flowers in her hair, and I wore a simple dress shirt and waist coat.
"Is that Ms Allen?" I heard Lily pipe up as we were walking to the restaurant.
"Who?" I asked
"My music teacher from elemerty school" she said slightly annoyed I hadn't remembered her, then I did as I was the fiery red she was speaking of. The seemed to be crying on a bench next to the beach, she sat alone.
"Ms Allen!" I heard Lily yell releasing herself from my arm. She ran to her teacher as I watched from a distance with interest.

Ms Allen POV
My spirits were lightened when I saw my favorite student run towards me. Today was a very difficult day for me, it was a year since my fiancé passed away. He was killed in a brawl trying to defend his best friend. My heart hurt just to think about him, he was my childhood sweetheart. I was 16 and he was 20 when we confessed our love, having known each other since I was eight. We were together for eight years. He was my soul mate, I didn't think I could love any one the same way ever again.
"Ms Allen are you alright?" Lily asked noticing my prominent tears.
"Yes dear, this is just a hard day for me" I said placing my hand on her sweet face. I hadn't seen her since she began high school, she was starting to look like a beautiful young woman.
"Why? If you don't mind my asking " she said sweetly.
"Well you see, I lost my fiancé a year ago today... He was the love of my life. We were together for with years and childhood sweethearts..." I said trailing off with tears running down my face. Lily then embraced me, she really was a sweet young girl.
"Lily?" I heard a deep voice coming from behind us. I tuned to see a handsome man standing behind us. He wore a white mask that made him look mysterious but handsome none the less. His black as night hair slicked back and chiseled jaw line with piercing green eyes. I recognized him as the man who would always pick Lily up from school a few years ago when she was younger. We looked at each other for a moment surfing every detail of the others face and expression. I gave him a warm smile and he retuned it with a smirk.
"Mademoiselle Allen I presume" he said to me in his deep, yet melodic voice. He had a hint of a french accent. I stood and brushed myself off.
"Mr Destler. Sierra, please" I said extending my hand but he shocked my by not shaking my hand but placing a soft kiss on my knuckles. A gentleman.
"Erik, no need for formality." He said starring deep into my eyes again.
"Ms Allen, we were just headed to dinner, would you like to join us?" Lily offered, I looked back to her Father expecting him to interject but he still was staring. After realizing he was, he swiftly looked away clearing his throat awkwardly. I only blushed at him.
"Oh no, i couldnt intrude on quality Father-daughter time-"
"No please, we insist" Erik said interrupting my refusal. He came behind Lily and placed his hands on her shoulders and placed a soft kiss on her head.
"Well then I can't refuse such nice company" I said smiling at the pair. Erik looked at me again and smiled.
"Excellent, the restaurant is right over here" He pointed down the way still looking at me with his green eyes.
"Excellent" I said. Lily took my hand and we began to walk towards the restaurant with Erik following close behind.
