She stepped out of the shadows, revealing herself and making a lump form in your throat. You had no idea what to say. She took a few tentative steps towards you, gently placing a single finger on your face as if to check that you were actually there. You cupped her cheek, making her look up at you, and stared into her curious hazel eyes. After a couple of seconds, you poked her nose playfully causing her to chuckle a little. Sudden realisation hit you both simultaneously as you tightly wrapped your arms around one another, embracing as if the entire world was going to try to pull you apart. You locked lips, melting into one another, both of you feeling as if it had been years since you'd seen one another. The moment was intense, and passionate, and yet so peaceful in its simple tranquillity. After many seconds, the two of you separated, simply grinning at one another uncontrollably.

"Eh boss, we didn't find anything this wa-oh, are we interrupting?" Junkrat asked from behind Lena. Lena turned and glared at the pair of them, quickly retrieving one of her pulse pistols.

"You two?!" she said angrily.

"Dammit, I told you this would happen!" Junkrat remarked, aiming his grenade launcher upwards. Roadhog did the same thing with his shotgun. You quickly ran in-between the firefight, holding your arms up in panic.

"Lena stop! These two helped me find you, they're with me" you explained quickly.

"Seriously? They're criminals, they've robbed banks worldwide from Spain to America" Lena responded loudly.

"If it weren't for them, I'd never have found you, come on, give em a chance" you retorted, slowly lowering her pistol with your hand. She sighed and shook her head lightly as she holstered her pistol. Junkrat chuckled a little as he placed his grenade launcher on his back, slightly disappointed that he couldn't fire it. You breathed a sigh of relief as the conflict disappeared, gesturing Junkrat and Roadhog to join you.

"Right...okay then...I need to get you to the others" Lena stated, leading the way down one of the tunnels. At that, your heart became a little warmer, it was good to know that there were 'others'.

You followed Lena through a maze of mossy tunnels, each of which got smaller as you progressed. You actually had to walk one after the other when she finally reported that you were close. You heard Junkrat moan behind you, smiling a little as Roadhog struggled to fit through the thin corridor.

"Couldn't your secret base have a larger entrance?" he asked gruffly, ignored by everyone. Lena stopped in the middle of the tunnel and began running her hand along the moist walls, as if searching for something specific. Her hand halted over a brick that was shifted slightly out of place, and as she pressed onto it, a door opened up in the wall revealing a room that you'd never have known was there. She smiled back at you, allowing you to walk in first as you marvelled at the level of secret agent shit going right now. You moved inside, smiling as you saw the familiar sight of many computers leaned against walls with blue uniformed Overwatch personnel sat working on them. In the distance you saw Angela working on a patient in a different room, happily humming to herself as she did what she did best. She hadn't noticed you yet. And then he walked through the door, Commander Jack Morrison, he turned to you with a look of shock before smiling warmly. You didn't think you'd ever seen him smile before.

"My god. I recognise that leather jacket wearing badass, glad to see you still alive and kicking Y/N" he reported happily, shaking your hand with a firm grip.

"Reporting for duty sir" you replied.

"The sir thing again? I should be calling your sir son, doubt I could've tracked us down after so many months, great to see you" Jack explained.

"Likewise...Jack" you stated, walking through the rooms of...well of Site C you guessed. It was hardly an upgrade, despite the happy faces you could tell Overwatch was in trouble. For starters they were based in a sewer, water was dripping from the ceiling and you could've sworn that you'd seen a rat on the floor just now. It's a long way to fall from a penthouse apartment. But at least you were with your friends again, where you belonged.
