President John Cavanoy marched through the military assembly area, a large collection of tents housing a limited military force of US commandos. Either side of him stood frail white tents underneath which soldiers were sat working on their weapons or getting some rest before the operation. Cavanoy's deputy, a man known as Michael Rushby, walked alongside him with his hands held in a diplomatic manner, unfamiliar with all of this military business.

"How many know?" Cavanoy asked as they walked.

"About Overwatch? You, me and the secretary of defence. The majority of your own government don't even know yet, you only found out last night sir, the sun is barely coming up" Michael answered, causing Cavanoy to give a look of exhaustion and frustration.

"So we have no chance of contacting the UN and getting a space shuttle authorised in time, there's no way the council would approve a mission when they don't know the parameters or the people involved. Hell, after the international space agreement in the 2060s, it's a wonder even the UN possesses spacecraft. Today's world has no trust" Cavanoy stated depressingly.

"Indeed sir, the UN would never authorise one of their shuttles to us, they'd see it as a provocation, considering we're doing this to avoid war, provoking one is not advised. Speaking of which, how do we even know we can trust Overwatch sir?" Michael asked in an unsure tone. People called them heroes, but really what were they other than vigilantes with immense firepower? Cavanoy turned and gave his deputy a frustrated look.

"These people saved my life Michael, they have been working to keep this fragile world from falling apart even after they were made illegal. They are not some terrorist group like Talon or Sombra, they are the heroes this world deserves. And hopefully after this mission, they'll get the recognition they deserve" he stated, entering into a completely covered tent which was darkened on the inside.

Inside the tent, Winston waited patiently at a hurriedly established holo-table, smiling as pleasantly as he could at the president's entrance. Michael tensed up at the sight of the gorilla, not quite believing everything that was going on. You sat in the corner of the room, relaxing on a small wooden chair in the shadows with Lena sat next to you. So far, she had been leaning her head on your shoulder, sleeping softly due to sheer exhaustion from the previous night. However, at the arrival of the president, she shot up and tried to look alert from the seat next to you. You couldn't help but grin at her efforts.

"Okay Winston, so you mentioned another shuttle before...something about your old base?" Cavanoy asked curiously, trusting the gorilla's plans once again.

"Yes, our original HQ was ransacked by Talon about six months ago forcing us to move to LA and then into the sewers. However, due to the state of the art nature of our original facility, it was fully equipped with a shuttle suitable for space travel, designed by me in case you're interested" Winston explained in response.

"And it has enough room for everyone?" Cavanoy asked.

"Now that's the snag, it's only four seater including the pilot but I do have a plan for that. You see one member of our organisation, codename Symmetra, is remarkably skilled with teleporters. She has already assured me that she would be willing to take the trip to the Moon along with a couple of other agents and establish a link allowing the rest of us to get there" Winston answered.

"You realise of course that Talon no doubt knows about this shuttle and will have it guarded, if they haven't destroyed it already" you piped up from the corner, remaining seated.

"While I agree that Talon will have left a team in the ruins of our base, they won't have found the shuttle. You see it is fitted with an active camouflage system, identical to our regular shuttles. One of my last acts before we abandoned the base was hooking it up to the solar generators and activating the stealth mode, just in case. They won't have found it, but while that is an advantage to us, it also means that we will have to find it ourselves" Winston stated.
