We were in the car and me and Alyssa did nothing else but fought. We argued about every single thing. I swear if I said the sun rises in the east, she'd argue about that too. It was such a mess and we dragged everyone else's mood down too. It was getting dark and we were returning from a restaurant, which wasn't royals, like, a normal - low budget restaurant because you could only find those here.
"I wonder why we don't just shift in here," Nikhil spoke as we were driving back to the house.
"Is it like your own house?" I asked.
"Yeah, you know Mahableshwar was like the second house of this family," Nikhil chuckled, "Our parents, when they were young came here like every month or something. There are so many albums of just Mahableshwar," he explained.
"Its a cool place," I honestly remarked, because it was. Cooler than Mumbai. It wasn't burning hot, it was cool, and it would get a lot cold in the night.
"Its monsoon, so its kind of better at this time of the year, and winters," Rahul said.
"I can see that," I said.
"Alyssa's parents came here for their honeymoon," Urvi said.
"Shut up!" Alyssa slapped her arm.
"Honeymoon?" I smirked.
"Not honeymoon, gosh," Alyssa rolled her eyes, "They went to Goa for their honeymoon. They just visited Mahableshwar, alone, that's it. Like a holiday thingy,"
"But your mom got pregnant just after the trip," Rahul said, "I was 4, I remember"
"SHUT UP!" Alyssa hid her face in her hands. She is so cute.
"How many rooms are there, exactly?" I asked since it was a much smaller house than the one in Mumbai, also ignoring Alyssa.
"6," Nikhil informed, "but you and Alyssa can be in one room," he shrugged.
"Don't scream too loud," Urvi replied.
"You guys are so annoying," Alyssa blushed.
"I don't even think we're sharing a room or whatever," I said rather rudely.
"Can you guys solve it? Stop being so moody," Nikhil sighed.
"Put them in the same room, they won't have an option other than solving their issues," Urvi rolled her eyes.
"Tomorrow we're going for horse riding and the beach," Nikhil said.
"Okay," I simply replied as Rahul parked the car and we all got out and entered the house.

"These wardrobes are so royal," I said as I ran my hand on one of them.
"These were made back in 90's, I'm sure," Nikhil replied, "Rahul bhaiya, did we ever have a reconstruction?"
"Nope, these are really old," Rahul replied.
"Wow, these are still so strong," I said.
"Strong?" Urvi laughed.
"You know what I mean," I bit my lower lip.
"What's in there?" I asked.
"Its empty," Urvi blinked her eyes hinting that I'm dumb.
"Oh, I thought....there were things in there, like...belongings of someone," I explained.
"There's one, upstairs, I mean, there should be something in it... I don't really know. Its been ages since any of our family members came here, like, not since Alyssa's parents had been here," Rahul managed to explain.
