Snowy Heart. (Naruto FF)

"It's...really good."

    "Come in!" A familiar voice sounded, sorting through paperwork as the door to his office opened. He expected a short redheaded girl to walk through, but instead looked up and saw a team of four, three of which were Leaf Village ANBU. "How can I help you?"

   The only non-ANBU ninja stepped forwards, holding out a detailed picture of a familiar looking girl. "I'm sorry to bother you, Kazekage-sama, but we're looking for a girl that has most likely has entered your village. Have you seen anyone like the girl in the picture?"

   The Kazekage looked at the picture, which starred the newest member of the Leaf Village. However, much to the Jonin's disappointment, the Sunagakure's leader shook his head. "I'm sorry, I've never seen this person before."

   "I see. Well, I'm sorry to bother you." He rolled the picture back up, sticking it in his pouch before turning to leave. Before he could walk out, however, the Kazekage spoke up. "Might I ask what your name is?"

   The ninja turned around, looking to see an apathetic looking leader awaiting his answer. "Kakashi. Kakashi Hatake."

   "Kakashi, huh? Well I hope you find her." Kakashi nodded, bowing slightly before leaving the room.

   "Hatake, what should we do now?" One of the ANBU asked after they left the room. With a hard look in his eyes, Kakashi looked over the village.

   "Search the village. Every street, alleyway, and house will be investigated without the villagers' knowledge. I want her found and brought to me immediately. Now go." The three Black Ops disbursed into the night, leaving a somewhat nervous Jonin to wait.

   'Saruko, where the hell are you?'

  "I don't see why you just can't answer me, girl." The red haired boy watched as Saruko struggled with her containment.

   "Probably because it's none of your damn business!" She growled out, the blue of her eyes clearly expressing her rage and frustration.

   Finally, Saruko had enough of waiting on him to give up. So, she swiftly soaked and froze whatever was holding her captive, swinging her free leg around and shattering it as well. Once she was free, Saruko landed on a roof opposite of her restrainer, watching as more sand seemed to replace what was frozen.

   'So he can control sand like I can control water. Interesting.' Saruko stood, watching his movements closely. "Who are you, exactly?"

   "I asked you first." He responded, seeing a trace of the blue of her eye in the slit of her mask, whilst the other narrowed slightly at him. "Therefore I should get an answer first."

   "You're a stubborn bastard, aren't you?" Saruko smirked, arms crossed over her dress, which was more of a robe now than anything. "Alright then. My name is—son of a flaming whore's right testicle."

   Saruko cut off her own sentence as she noticed someone searching for something nearby. Confused, the red haired boy turned and saw the ninja lift their head, taking notice of the two young teens on the rooves. When he looked back to the half-masked girl, he was shocked to see her hair had turned an almost icy pale blonde and the cool blue turned into a heated golden red.

   "We need to go. Now." Without giving a choice, Saruko reached over and grabbed the boy's wrist, dragging him along as they outran the ANBU.

   The two leapt off the roof and landed onto the streets, running past the restful houses as two other similar ninja were on their tails. "Why are we running, and who is chasing us?"

   "They are Leaf Village ANBU Black Ops and they're chasing me because I'm not supposed to be here." Saruko responded, turning a corner and continuing down that street.
