*WRITER'S BLOCK*

I know I promised I'll update in 3-4 days after the last update but I just couldn't write anything. Sorry for the unannounced break. :/

Also, I read a book " A WORLD REBORN" by AdamCBell. And it's really good. So, if you like to read Science fiction containing aliens in primitive form, I suggest you give it a chance.

Anyways, I'll stop my rant and leave you to read the chp.

Xavier's POV

I ran my fingers through her hair, twirling it around my finger. She was perfect in every way.

The way she pouted her lips unintentionally while sleeping or the way she reached for me when I tried to get up from the bed. The way she scrunched her nose slightly when she didn't like something. It all made me love her more.

Love? Do I really love her? She is my mate after all. I like her more than any other girl. But, was it to the point that it could be called 'love'? I don't know the answer to that. But, I was willing to do everything to make her happy.

Last night's events were still fresh in my mind. We marked her after the trick she pulled on us. But, I don't regret it. If it was meant to be like this so be it.

One thing I learned after having my mate live with me for more than a week is that nothing goes as planned when it comes to us.

So, I'm going to go with the flow from now on.

My mate stirred in my arms as I looked down.

"Good morning," I said twirling a piece of her hair around my finger.

"Good morning," she spoke in that sweet voice of hers that made me groan.

I buried my face the crook of her neck and sniffed it. Honey and lavender scent filled my senses and my wolf purred in pleasure.

"What time is it?" She asked in a sleepy voice.

"Almost 10," mumbled against my mark on her neck and kissed it.

She gasped at my sudden action.

"Should we not get up?" Her breathy voice reached my ears.

I hummed in reply but didn't make a move to get up.

Suddenly, I felt a pressure through the mind link.

I opened my mind link to whoever was trying to get through.

"Yes?" I asked in an authoritative voice through the mind link.

"Alpha, Alpha Sebastian just called. They are going to be here in an hour," I heard Theo speak.

Damn! I forgot. Dad called me yesterday morning telling me that they will be back today.

"Alright," I replied him and shut the mind link.

"What is it?" My angel asked.

"Nothing. I just forgot mom and dad were coming back today." I got up and speed walked towards the closet to get my clothes.
