It would have been your birthday today, and you would have pretended to be all grumpy about being another year older, but secretly you would love it. I remember how much you loved your TV that we got you for your 64th birthday. I want to say happy birthday to you here because there is no better way for me to do so. I don't think I ever will know how to show that I love you, or at least the amount I love you. I hope you can see it through my actions; I stay strong for you, I try and do all the kind things that you did, I try to express my love for those closest to me. Every single day that I live I want to make you proud; I do this for you because you are one of the most perfect people to walk on this planet. I love you."
