"She just wants a different life. She doesn't want to call a damp and dingy flat "home". She doesn't want to steal her clothes. She doesn't want to have to eat people's discarded food. She doesn't want to struggle to pay for electricity. All she wants is to be able to walk into a shop and buy things like everyone else. She wants a two story brick house with a garage and a driveway. She wants to be able to cook nice meals in her clean and spacious kitchen. Each time she climbs into that bed, each man that picks her up in his car, all that is ever on her mind is the money.

She just wants to feel wanted. She wants to feel attractive, like the girl that every guy in school wants. She wants to be the popular girl for once. When she opens her legs, she wants to feel wanted. She wants to feel needed, like a man cannot live without her. All she craves is the feeling she has been deprived of her entire life. All she has ever wanted is for people to want her, whether as a daughter, a friend or a lover. She just wants to be wanted and needed by someone.

She just wants to be loved. Being in a strangers arms each night is better than laying alone on the edge of the sidewalk, a piece of cardboard as a mattress. Being in a strangers arms makes her feel loved and not so alone just for a few hours. In those few hours her mind takes her into a world far from reality. For those few hours she is a wife, a mother, being held by the love of her life. He is making love to her, not fucking her. He is gentle with her, not violent. That is all she wants - she wants to be loved."
