Chapter 16

{Henley's POV}

The rest of that Summer was a total blur. Blinded by love, fun, and being with all of your bestfriends. I had the best Summer of my life, and you know, time flies when you're having fun. I knew I'd never forget them, the boys I had grown to love over 3 months. I knew I'd never forget the endless dates Zach and I went on. I knew I'd never forget having the time of my life with Oakley and the boys.

The Summer I never wanted to end eventually ended and we had to say goodbye. Oakley and I packed up while the boys were at our hotel room, Zach sitting by me the whole time, never taking his eyes off me as I picked up my clothing items and shoved them in my suitcase.

"You could help me, ya know?" A tiny smile made its way onto my lips, he nodded with a grin back and helped me pack the rest of my things.

It was 2 in the morning meaning we would be leaving in 3 hours, only 3 hours left with the boys, our boys, my boys.

We stayed up the whole night together all of  us cuddled up on the same couch watching yet another horror movie, Oakley and I smashed in the middle of the boys. Zach's hand embraced mine for nearly the whole three hours until it was time to leave.

"Are you girls ready?" Mrs.Chanson had yelled from the kitchen, I looked at the brown eyed boy quickly, the same eyes I believed I fell in love with, they looked sad.

He gave me a sad smile and squeezed my hand, we all got up and walked out of the hotel room together and down to the car.

"You girls say goodbye and I'll be back." Oakley's mom said as she left to retrieve a few more things from the hotel room.

I ran into Jack's arms first, he instantly wrapped his arms around my waist tightly and his head rested on the stop on my head.

"I'll miss you Jack." I said, my voice breaking as my eyes burned slightly from the tears that glossed over my eyes.

"We'll see you again Hen, don't cry." he pecked my forehead, "I'll see you soon sweetheart." He whispered to keep his voice from cracking. I nodded, pulling away hesitently, next I went to Corbyn.

He nodded his head at me and pulled me into his arms, "Don't cry Henley, i'll cry." He rocked us back and forth.

"I love you Corb." I muttered and he nodded.

"I know Hen. I love you." He said pulling back and looking into my eyes before dipping his head down and kissing my cheek.

I nodded, "I know Corb."

Daniel was waiting for me with his arms opened, I wiped a tear from my face and fell into his embrace, "I'll never ever forget you Blue." He muttered as his lips were laid on my forhead.

The nickname making me laugh slightly, it was a nickname that came up after we had all gotten slushies, mine happening to dye my lip and whole mouth blue.

"I'll see you again, right Danny?" I whispered pulling away and looking up at him.

He grinned, "Promise." He said holding out his pinky and latching mine with his.

He pecked the side of my head and I walked over to Jonah, he smiled as I wrapped my arms around his neck and burried my head in the crook of his next.

"I'll miss you hunny." He muttered.

"I'll miss you too, Jonah." I replied and we hugged in silence.

"You better get to Zach, he needs you as long as he can get you." 

i nodded and he kissed my head and I walked slowly to Zach, he smiled at me slightly before pulling me in, my head on his chest and his in the crook of my neck.

"I don't want you to leave me." He whispered as he rocked me back and forth.

"I don't wanna leave you."

"I want you to know that I love you Hen, more than anything." He looked into my eyes and I nodded.

I breathed in, "I love you Zach, you're never gonna leave my mind."

He laughed a little before kissing my lips sweetly, "I am so in love with your eyes Henley Lo."

This time my smile was genuine and reached my eyes, "And I am so in love with your eyes Zach Herron." 

Then I got in the car and left.
