Yes, DeMarcus won the competition.

After we stopped kissing-- which was for 1 minute, He zapped me.

He was very clever, i said to myself still kind of upset about it while eating a spoonful of fried rice.

But on the inside I was floating on cloud nine, He really just kissed me.

We sat in silence as DeMarcus ate smirking, he claimed he needed some silence to think of the questions.

But every now and then he'd run his hand over the big trophy they gave him rubbing it in my face.

He did it again as I dropped my spoon and leaned back in my chair crossing my arms blowing out a puff of air.

"Can you stop rubbing it in my face, it's not my fault you left me so vulnerable. I swear I would've won if you had just kept your lips to yourself." I was definitely a sore loser. Been ever since I was little.

He chuckled before putting down his spoon and sitting back laughing at my pout.

"Okay, im sorry beautiful." He said causing me to blush and uncross my arms.

"Did you think of the questions yet?" I queried hoping they weren't so explicit.

"Where are you from?" He started off simple as I smiled, I could easily answer that.

"Born and raised here in good ole' Minneapolis, Minnesota." He nodded his head squinting his eyes at me before saying what he was thinking.

"I could've sworn I heard a little accent when you was mad, maybe I'm just tripping." He said as I smiled lightly.

"I spent two years in Africa, causing me to pick up a little accent on the way." He stared in awe before questioning me some more.

"So, can you like speak the language of where you stayed."

I smiled thankful he worded that correctly instead of the usual ignorant question I get such as 'can you speak african' which is so commonly asked.

"Yeah. Fluently, my grandma made sure we learned and spoke every word." He smiled and nodded his head.

Figuring that he'd ask me to say something I began speaking.

"I deserved to win that competition." I said in Dinka as he smiled.

"What'd you say." He said leaning back.

"You'd know if I won the competition." I said speaking English again as he laughed while slapping the table lightly.

"Okay, okay." He held his hands up.

"How many siblings do you have?"

"Three, 2 brothers 1 sister. I'm the youngest."

"Awe, the baby of the family." I blushed and looked away as he chuckled.

He took a sip of his lemonade before smiling.
