Back at the camp...
"Max! Hurry up! We're waiting for you!" David called.
"Hurry up!" Nikki yelled.
Max walked beside Nikki and Neil joined the group.
"So... What's up?" Neil asked.
"Huh?" Max asked.
"Where did David take you yesterday?" Neil asked.
"Oh... Um... To see Daniel. If you know who that is." Max answered.
"Ya we know him! He tried to kill us!" Nikki said happily.
"Wait... What?!?" Max was terrified. He saw Daniel as a nice and caring person. And David did too.
"Ya he was a cultist and tried to make us drink poisoned koolaid." Neil said quietly.
"Ok then." Max said.
Neil looked over at Max and blushed slightly. He didn't know what was wrong with him but he liked it. Neil smiled and blushed while looking at Max for a little while longer before Nikki punched his arm.
"Ow!" Neil yelled in surprise and pain.
"Crybaby." Nikki ran away squealing.
"She's somethin isn't she?" Max said with that look.
Ya. That look.
Neil's face fell.
Fuck... He's straight... WHY ME?!? Neil screamed in his head.
"You ok?" Max asked.
"Uh... Ya." Neil lied.
What is wrong with me?!? I can't fall for Max! He's is one of my only friends! Neil thought angrily.
"Cmon guys!" Nikki yelled from ahead of them.
Max walked over and Neil sulked behind them.
