As they hiked through the woods Neil kept uncontrollably looking over at Max.
And Max was staring at Nikki run around.
"What do you wanna do when we get back?" Nikki stopped so the boys could catch up.
"I dunno..." Neil said.
Max shrugged.
"You guys are boring! How about we go up to the attic and hang out?" Nikki suggested.
Max agreed and Neil nodded slightly.
"Yaaaa!!!" Nikki screamed.
"She's feisty!" Max punched Neil's arm.
"Ya... Sure." Neil tried to agree.
"Max! Come here!" Nikki yelled.
Max ran up to her and Neil sat on s rock to think.
"Look! A dead rabbit!" Nikki pointed.
It was morbid. Brains all over the place. Blood pouring from everywhere and it's eyes staring deep into his soul.
Memories of his aunt exploded in Max's mind and he was breathing deeply.
"Max?" Nikki asked.
Max let out a small scream before fainting.
"MAX!" Nikki screamed.
Neil ran as fast as he could to his friends aid.
"He fainted!" Nikki explained.
Neil was scared that Max was dead and tears welled up his eyes.
Nikki picked Max up and hugged him tight.
"Go get David!" Nikki yelled to Neil.
He nodded and ran off.
"Please don't leave... You were the first guy I ever liked..." Nikki sobbed into Max's chest.
"Max. If you can hear me, I want you to know that I love you." Nikki cried.
I love you too... Max thought.
