3rd person
Rob fixed his tie in the mirror and took a look at himself to make sure he was looking good for the wedding. He had the usual black jacket and pants on, his tie and vest were blue and his hair was in a messy but slick style. Bobby stood behind him wearing the same thing except with a bowtie instead of a tie.
Just down the hall Steph was smoothing out the front of her dress and taking deep breaths. Her maid of honor, her cousin rachel,walked up beside her in a nice blue dress to match the colour of the guys ties. Steph's dress was white of course and it went smoothly down her upper body and loosened more at her hips and down to her ankles.
Both Steph and Rob wore a pair of blue converse on their feet and so did rachel and bobby. They thought it would be a nice change and Steph really hated high heels. She never wore a dress before her wedding since she was about 6 years old. But she wore it for Rob.
"Hey Steph, how are you doing?" Rachel asked. "I'm nervous but I'm okay." She replied letting out another deep breath. "Okay well just let me know when you're ready and we can get started." She said leaving the room for a while. "Okay Stephanie you can do this," She said aloud to herself. She took one last deep breath and told Rachel she was ready.
Just outside of the church where everything was set up, people took their seats and Rob and Bobby stood up at the alter. A tall tree with beautiful flowers not far behind the alter and an arch with blue flowers all over it just behind Rob. The music bagen to play and Rob readied himself to see Steph.
Rachel walked down the isle ahead of Steph Slowly and stood up whisperinng to Rob, "She looks beautiful." Robs smiles and turns too look for Steph. The music changes to more of an upbeat song and Steph comes dancing down the isle in her dress with flowers in her hand and next to her also dancing was Dylan. Steph decided that since her father was going to be the one to give her away, than why not Dylan. They ddanced down the isle people laughing and smiling at them.
Just getting to the alter Dylan grabs Steph's hand smiles and places her hand on Robs after kissing her cheek.
The minister began all the wedding mumbo jumbo making a few jokes because he knew Rob. Then it came time to say their vows, first Rob.
Stephanie I've been waiting for this day for a very long time, I spent the last couple of days trying to find the words to explain how I feel about you. But there are no words to describe it, It's an undecribable feeling when i'm with you. When I wake up next to you, When I look into your beautiful eyes and I know You are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.
then Steph.
Rob I too have been waiting for this for a long time, everyday I look at you and wonder how I found such an amazing guy and why he chose me. You make me feel like the specialist person in the world and you make me smile, you make me laugh, you cheer me up when I'm down. So I promise you this, for the rest of my life I vow to always protect you and keep you happy and I vow to love you for the rest of my life through the ups and downs of our relationship and for eternity.
The wedding went on as Steph tried to hold back her tears of happiness.
"Do you Robert John Downey take Stephanie Anne Pollock to have and to hold in sickness and in health until death do you part?"
"I do"
"And do you Stephanie Anne Pollock, take Robert John Downey to have and to hold, in ickness and in health, until death do you part?"
"I do"
"Then by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Downey, Rob, you may kiss your bride."
