Chapter 16 - "Black shadows"

My head was pounding, god what happened last night. I didn't drink, did I? The last think I remember was sitting on the sofa with Ratliff. For goodness sake I still don't know what he said!?

I opened my eyes and was shocked to find myself in a inclosed space, somehow I managed to switch with Rydel and I was under the desk. There was lights on in the room, who turned them on? I looked around, Rydel was snoring on the couch with Nina collapsed on the arm. Rocky and Maissie were against the walls in the corner. Ross was under the couch, Riker was collapsed inside the food crate, Marianne beside him. Finally Rebecca was curled up in the middle of the floor and Ratliff was passed out onto of the desk. Something wasn't right!

I kicked the desk making it Shake and Ratliff tumbled off landing on his front. He blocked the way out. I shoved him attempting to wake him up. He slowly sat up but didn't move, he held his head.

"Oh my god, what the hell happened!?" He turned to me and then checked the room before lying on his back.

"Ratliff...where did you put my phone?" I checked my pocket, empty. He checked his pocket.

"It was in my pocket.....now it's not" he replied rolling to face me.

"Ok.........give me your phone please" he stared at me for a second before replying.

"Why?............besides I don't know where it is" he was smirking as if he knew something.

"Do you remember anything from last night?" I can't be the only one. I crossed my legs and turned to him. He looked kind of panicked. He ran his hand through his hair.

"No I can't remember a thing.....why what did I do?" Now was not the time to ask him questions no matter how much I wanted to know. He was too hung over.

I do wonder where our phones are......I suddenly remembered from last night, the others put there phones together to make the music louder. They should have been on the desk. I tried to get out but I couldn't get past. He just smirked.

"I will walk on your head...check for the phones" he continued to smirk

"No phones up there..." So there are no phones...where have they gone. So, so far I know that we all blacked out, everyone's switched place and no one has there phones.

I tried to get out but he still blocked the way it was like yesterday all over again.

Nina decided to tease me with her made up ship name. Nina and Ross had started to wake up obviously, actually everyone one began to wake at once, like everyone had been told to.

"Nina, shut up......I can say more about NISS!" I shot back, she hesitated mouthing 'you wouldn't'

"Wait, what did she just say!" Said Ratliff jumping into a sitting position, he stared from Nina to me. I felt the heat rise in my cheek,the curious look on his face made it worse as well as Nina evilly smirking.

"Errr.....it's um..." I was broke off by the metal door slamming.

"Guys!" Yelled Rocky,

In the door way stood two figures, one had a dark object in one hand and a metal object in the other. The second figure was holding a few bags. There shadows stood filling the room. Both masked.

I knew this wasn't safe. And before I knew a gun was pull out aimed and, BANG. BANG BANG we were all out.
