Chapter 3- "Admitting..."

We all sat watching Ross and Nina in amusement and they failed to meet our gaze and I could swear that Nina was blushing. Not only did I find out that she knew RossLynch today!!! But that maybe there not just friends...

"So we're waiting.... care to explain?" Questioned Marianne, basically repeating what Riker had previously said.

Ross scratched the back of his neck. Even though there were tons of people around it fell silent, Rebecca awkwardly coughed.

"Ok, well erm...I met Ross a few days ago and....." Nina suddenly stopped and want making any sign that she was going to continue.

"Well it's great to meet you guys, I see you've met my family" Ross ignored the questionable glances and relaxed moving the conversation promptly on. I felt a smile tug at my lips as I thought about the last hour.

Rocky clapped extremely loud "Well it's an awesome day, with awesome surf.....now everyone's met lets go!" and with that he raced towards the sea closely followed by Maissie.

I jumped up and raced the others to the water, Marianne soon fell behind with Riker sinking into the sand and I laughed as I watched Rebecca scramble against Rydel to beat her to the water.

"OMG! You guys are soooo slow" I watched still sprinting towards the beach, those were the last words before I tripped face first into the ocean. Someone tripped me and I bet I know who.

The water was absolutely Freeeeeezing!!! I sat in the shallows, wiping my eyes and turning to see who it was. My friends stood crying there eyes out and the guys were sniggering. Even Maissie and Rocky had stopped there flirt session to laugh........but it was funny and within seconds I was laughing along too.

Everyone joined us in the water and began splashing about. A strong hand reached out to me and I took it. Ellington smirked as he pulled me up. Though I was in the shallows the water reached just bellow my waist.

"Just so ya know I totally won......" He winked laughing to himself.

"Oh really" I wasn't letting him get away with that even if he was a stranger still. "Can I ask you a question....." His eyebrows raised but yet he nodded. I held my hand out and pointed at a line on my hand "you know this line?" He raised his own hand in front of his face. "Wait which one, is it near the centre?" He squinted at his palm. I giggled to myself "This one" with that I shoved his hand into his face and he tumbled back into the water.

"HA. Serves you right!" He sat up in the water flicking his wet hair. He smiled and rolled his eyes "I can't believe I fell for that" I help him up as he did before and we were joined by the others.

We spent a lot of time in the water having splash wars, hand standing and attempting macro polo. I had just been caught by Rocky when I suddenly realised something.

"Guys where did Nina and Ross go?" I stopped the game.

"Erm......well that didn't race us" Ratliff spoke from behind me.

Maissie joined in "But they did come in didn't they? I swear I saw them" rocky agreed "yeah they came in after everyone"

"Oh, yeaaah...they did come in but I think they headed over there" Rydel pointed towards the rounded edge of the rocks that stuck out in the water.

"I thought they were back on the beach though?" Said Marianne popping up from the sea.

The others continued there game, Rebecca took over my go, but I looked over at the rocks just in time to catch a glimpse of Nina creeping round the rocks holding someone's hand. (Obviously Ross)

I frowned........."What were they up to?"
