The next morning or should I say later on in the day,me and Louis got up from our deep slumber and did our morning routine.I picket out a outfit and layed them out on the bed before jumping in the shower.After I had finished my shower I changed into my clothes which consisted of a Hollister blouse and jeans and pulled my hair back into a tight ponytail after drying it of course. I sprayed myself with holister spray which I dearly loved and I also added a touch of my dior perfume because I actually love the scent.I quickly added a touch of makeup to my face because at the moment I looked like a zombie no kidding.I pulled on a pair of black socks and I made my way to the kitchen.I checked my twitter asc usual and tweeted some fans back I love the fact one little tweet can make someones day and make them smile.Louis must have changed while I was in the shower because he was stood fully dressed at the stove making something.

"hey gorgeous"he said kissing me

"morning hunny"i said

"hello peanut"he said touching my bump

He placed me a bacon sandwich and I hovered it down litrally what can I say im feeding for two now.I quickly pulled on my best pair of black converse because I have a lot of converse and most of them are quite worn out.I grabbed my black leather jacket and pulled it on.Louis was already ready stood at the door holding my handbag and my phone out for me to take off of him.I placed my bag on my shoulder and I checked my phone to reveal a few text messages,i quickly replied to them and we were ready to go.We quickly got into the car and we began to chat about work and the baby.As soon as we started to drive through the gate flashes of the papparazi were all that we could see and the sound of screaming fans was all we could hear.Paul helped us reach the hospital and we got to reception in a small amount of time.

"we are here to see Ella Jackson"i said

"of course Caitlin,mr Tomlinson I know this is unpresffesional of me but would you mind giving me a autograph my daughter loves you"she said

Louis looked at me with plead in his eyes and I just said to him "of course give her a autograph I will meet you upstairs".

When I reached Ellas room she was fast asleep but Jake was sat down next to her on the seat cradiling his baby daughter let me just tell you that it was one of the most adorable things ive ever seen.

"hiya whos this little lady"i asked

"Caitlin meet Darla Louis Jackson"he said

"no offence Jake but you look like crap"i said

"let me just say I haven't slept in 24 hours here you hold her"he said passing me Darla and letting me sit down where he was sat

"ive only got 10 minutes"i said

"why"he said

"first baby appointment"louis said coming in the room

"just you wait this will be you in about 6 months"he said

we said our goofbyes and Jake fell asleep in the seat,me and Louis took Darla back to the nursery and made our way upstairs for our appointment.

"hi nice to meet you im doctor Parkins im gonna be your doctor throughtout your pregnancy and this is Miss Jones who will be your midwife we want to reassure you that everything that happens in completely private and no media will get any of your information because all we care about is the privacy of our patients"he said

"nice to meet you"i said

"any morning sickness"he asked

"yes"i said

"any weird cravings"she said

"yeah just a bit"louis said

"this might be cold"he said placing the gel onto my stomach and placing the scanner on my stomach

"this is your baby"he said

"why do you look so confused"louis said

"theyre seems to be two heartbeats"she said

"it seems to be that your are having twins to healthy twins to be exact"he said

"twins that means weve got two peanuts"louis said

"I will give you guys a minute"he said

"that's so beautiful,but twins Louis I don't think I can do this"i said

"I love you so much and weve got two lovley peanuts to look forward too"he said tears running down his cheeks
