My hand instinctively clutches my scar. Damn. I can still feel the burn. Soon, the pain fades and a glint of happiness rushes through me as I realize I finally remember who I am. The memories, my memories, were all fixed. I can't believe the fact I shifted before the attack actually happened. The crazy thing is, my memories from the spell are slowly fading away. Luckily, I still have the memories from the last 3 years. It's all still confusing. I groan in frustration.

"Are you alright, Kiara?"

I nearly jump out of the bed I'm lying in. Bed?

"Ravyn! Oh. Sorry. You scared me." My nerves relaxing once more.

"Oh no, I should be the one to apologize. I didn't mean to startle you."

"It's ok really," The memory from yesterday reenters my mind, "Are you holding up ok? How's Derick?"

"He's all healed up thanks to you."

"And you?"

"Honestly, I'm a mess. Derick told me what happened with our memories, and our parents. The moment my mother passed, the title of coven leader officially became mine."

My heart feels for Ravyn as she lets out a deep breath. She must be under so much stress and grief, and she doesn't have her mate anymore who could help take away her sadness. In turn I also release a deep breath because she's not the only one with a lot of baggage to unload. But, I decide to put my problems aside, my sister needed me.

"Did I drool when I was passed out?" I say trying to lighten the mood. And, to my surprise, she chuckles.

"You drooled a whole ocean,"

I smile at her brightened mood, "Oh come on, I'm sure you drooled as much as me, probably even more." I laugh when a thought dawns on me, "Wait, what if Liam saw me?! Oh gosh, seeing me drool is easy blackmail," I look around before returning my attention back to Ravyn, "Where is Liam anyways? Didn't he pass out like us too? What time is it?"

"For someone who just regained consciousness, you sure do talk a lot." She laughs, "And Liam's fine, he's in his office. You're in pack hospital and have been here for over a day. And right now, it's 3 pm. All 3 of us went unconscious and luckily Derick was able to get some of the other wolves to bring a car to transport us here. He made sure to protect us. I was out for 12 hours, and actually, Liam woke up a couple of hours ago."

My mind is still stuck on the 'car' part, "Wait, hold on. Did you say car? I was put in a car?" I growl lowly at the thought. I hate human transportation.

"No need to get overworked, you were fine and unconscious and we couldn't really have you riding on the back of a wolf for like 50 miles. That's ridiculous."

"Whatever." I grumble under my breath. "Hey, thank you for coming to greet me, but I think I am going to go check on Liam now. You should go take care of your coven and be with your brother."

I hope I don't sound like a dick, but I kinda need to be alone for a bit. I look Ravyn in the eyes and hope she understands. She reveals a small smile.

"Of course, I understand. Go be with you mate."

Ouch. Guess she's pissed at me. I try to apologize, but the second the words leave my mouth, she disappears. Great.

I refocus on my current situation. I look down and see I'm still in clothes, thought not my own. I sniff the fabric, Leah. What a sweet girl. I'll have to remember to thank her later. I throw the think sheet off my body and head towards the exit. Half-way there, my vision blurs and darkens for a moment as my balance waivers and my knees buckle. I quickly grab hold of something, blinking ferociously as this dizzy spell passes. With clear vision, I continue my journey.
