Chapter 2

Laura's POV
I woke up because my dog was licking my face.

"Ewww Winston, off boy!"

I pushed him off of me and put him outside of my room and shut my door. I layed back down on my bed, it is currently 7:01, I needed to get up for school about a half hour ago, but I don't feel like going. Bryce and Mikey bully me everyday and have for 2 years. Lately they started physically bullying me and punching and kicking me. I have bruises all over. I'd tell my mom but she's always working and never really around so she can't do anything about it. My dad can't either because he died last year on my birthday. My birthday sucked and I'm not looking forward to my birthday this year either. I cleared the thought from my head and was almost asleep when my older brother Josh knocked on my door.

"Laura, time to get up for school!" He shouted from the other side of my door.

"Ughhhh nooooo let me sleep." I groaned.

"There's pizza in the kitchen." He said.

I jumped up from my bed and quickly got ready, covered my bruises, and ran downstairs into the kitchen. I couldn't find the pizza anywhere. My brother then walked in the room.

"WHERE IS THE PIZZA?!" I practically yelled.

"There is none, I just said that to get you up, now go to school!" He said while pushing me out the door.

"You're such a liar and I want pi -" before I could finish, he slammed the door in my face. "Bitch." I mumbled under my breath.

You don't mess with a girl and her food, more importantly you don't mess with me and my pizza. I started walking to school and then my phone buzzed. I pulled it out of my pocket and  it was from the groupchat.
